I am filling this out on behalf of my mother who went with Thelma. She's amazing she was very responsive and quick when my mother got into the car accident. My mother only speaks Spanish so she really loved Thelma since she spoke Spanish. I would recommend her , I like the way she works efficiently and communicates consistently.
