Loved our dinner experience. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Menu has a lot of delicious looking seafood options, my friend and I opted for the grilled tuna and the fettuccine bottarga. We were really happy with our choices! The fish and pasta were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the serving sizes were perfect. We left satisfied, but not too full to have a night out afterwards. Thanks to our wonderful server Francesco!

This is a quiet and refined place near the water off the bustling Piazza Emmanuele. As a starter I had mussel soup with a decadent Gorgonzola sauce -- I could have licked the bowl. The main was lampuga (mahi-mahi) steaks lightly fried and very moist, accompanied by braised green peppers that were caramelized and slightly sweet. Dessert was just described as chocolate cake, but it was warm and molten, and oh so good. Nice local white wine.

      Amazing typical sicilian cuisine!
Had spaghetti with anchovies, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, raisin and breadcrumbs - delicious!
The fish is fresh and properly prepared, the wine is great and from the sicilian wineries.

Atmosphere is quaint and relaxing, particularly sitting outside and enjoying a nice breezy night. For appetizers, the fried sardines were unexpected and quite tasty. They are breaded so an appetizer portion is more than sufficient. This pairs well with one of their acidic white wines. Also tried the octopus special, boiled and then roasted and served in a pomodoro olio with croutons...delicious but could have used a touch more salt. I ordered the Masculino Siciliano (local pasta dish with pomodoro, anchovy flakes, raisins and capers and pistachio) - it was delicious and possibly could have used more salt. My companion had the fish burger, which had was nicely charred on the outside but tender and moist with and subtly satisfying flavor. The sauces served alongside the burger with it were one sweet and two pesto. The service was just right with the owner out discussing the recipe and otherwise attentive without hovering. Overall, I would return and recommend others make the trip off the main drag.

Not impressed. Very small portions for the price. I have the tuna steak which was drastically overcooked and tasted very fish, couldn't finish. A friend had a steak which tasted like it was cooked in the same pan as the tuna. Friendly staff and good house wine.
