T’estimo Events

I am reviewing my experience with Mateo and his customer service. This review is based on what I experienced while trying to obtain services with his company. Which led me to look to another company for my needs. I spoke to him about needing a back drop ballon's and a chair that was all shown in a photo. Although I do not have exact dates at the moment I knew the event wasn't until October. I just wanted to know how much he thought it would cost to recreate this for me event so I could see if it made sense. I had contacted several other businesses with no issues. He was rude, difficult, and used a condescending tone with me. If you plan ahead and just need an idea of cost he will not flexible or accommodating. He has zero customer service skills. His work appears to be wonderful but the experience with him was not.

Mateo was so accommodating and sweet- he perfectly understood what I needed and his installation was just as promised. Will definitely be using him again.

We were so happy with our custom Chiara backdrop and the entire process of ordering it. Mateo was very communicative, responded very quickly and provided a lot of guidance to meet our needs. He was very quick and prompt to set up and disassemble the display. We are very happy with everything! Highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again!

I wold Love to say that Testimo Events made my Brothers baby shower a Dream come true The Dragon ball theme was absolutely perfect down to the Dragon balls !!!!

The amount of details on this decoration was just perfect Goku flying in the Clouds all the dragon balls the colors ext so much detail I loved it !!
I'm so looking forward to work with T'estimo ones again for my events in the future I'm beyond happy !!!

Loved their service. They were quick to reply and get everything rolling. They did my grand opening with these block marquee letters and awesome balloons. They came on time and everything was ready before the event started. Would recommend anyone who needs to services for their event or occasion!

So glad I went with T'estimo Events for our balloon garland. We had an outdoor baby shower at a local park. Without a backdrop or a way to anchor the balloon garland and the event 1.5 weeks away, our small group organizing the balloon garland was stumped. I had reached out to many balloon garland companies - many were not responsive, especially if you started asking questions. Many did not supply backgrounds. Many were equally stumped on anchoring without a backdrop. Luckily, T'estimo to the rescue! Mateo was patient in responding to questions, was flexible and accommodating, and pulled through without additional involvement on my part. He showed up on time with a group for set up and was able to handle the different opinions of the group. He provided a backdrop with a custom sign and a balloon garland for a competitive price. I was super nervous beforehand given the lack of reviews, the competitive price, and the last minute-ness of the whole affair. However, I felt instantly at ease once I saw their team finishing the setup. Overall, it came out beautiful! would definitely use again for future events!
