Horrible lash extensions. Never go here for lashes. Mine are all stuck together because she rushed through and didn't let the glue dry.

I'm only a fan of the shop by Outback across from the mall. They do a good job! I haven't had any issues in the many years I have been there.

Kim has been doing my nails for a while now. She does a good job and is careful and meticulous. I highly recommend her.

My first experience at T Spa for a pedicure was excellent. So I had expectations that were not met for my next visit.
I received the worst pedicure I've ever had today. The nail artist changed the shape of my nails in a very weird way. I hate it.
She also put too many coats of paint and before I had even left the polish was messed up. I will be removing the polish as soon as I get home.
I didn't know it was possible to get a bad pedicure.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ben H.Olympia, WA22Oct 25, 2023
I've been walking in for acrylic nails for at least 2 years, and gel before then. I've never had any problems, if I see something then I say something and they are more than happy to correct it. If there's something they cannot do-design, etc then they find you someone who can.
If you don't want to wait, go during the week. If you don't like how your nails look during the service, then politely say something.
Thank you Tracey and everyone else at Tspa for taking such good care of me for so long!

I've been getting my nails done here for about 6 months. The pedicures are great! I appreciate the relaxing foot and calf massage. Sometimes I get the paraffin wax as well - awesome! I have 2 nail techs as my "go to's" for my hands: Trinh and Misa. I always get the powder dip as it seems to strengthen my nails and usually lasts 3 weeks. I think everyone is friendly. I always make an appointment. And, if I want water or soda they'll give it to me. I've taken my 10 year old granddaughter twice and she is very happy with her nails too.

Preface: I get my nails done once, MAYBE twice a year - for my birthday and/or New Years.
Didn't have a chance for my bday this past year, so I was really looking forward to having them look pretty for a while.
Got a gel mani/pedi the day before New Year's Eve, so that my nails would look nice on NYE.
BARELY 24 hours had passed before one of the gels fell off.
3 more fell off within 2 hours of that.
The only nail left with polish on my right hand, is the middle finger.
I went in the next day, New Year's day, to see what they could do to remedy this.
No refunds for services.
That's understandable.
They offered to redo the nails, but I had cut one of my fingers on NYE.
I don't care about the nails now, anyhow.
I wanted them for that one day, and I spent $100 to have them - then didn't.
They didn't offer any future options.
I won't be returning.
I will also tell others not to come here.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Susan B.Olympia, WA04Jun 9, 2022
I've been here a ton of times but the last two times I have gotten my daughter and I a gel manicure. Both times every nail came off within 2 days. obviously they aren't acrylics and don't last nearly as long but i'm fairly positive they're supposed to last longer then that. Not sure if they're not curing it long enough, or what's happening but it's super frustrating to pay $75 to have nice nails for literally two days.
I haven't gone back to ask if they can fix them yet, we barely have time to get them done let alone go back but I will update this with their response to the issue.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
