Has this place gotten worse over the years or is it just me? Got a gel mani just today 10/12/23 around 235pm. It is now 842pm and the gel polish is already coming off lol

They have no sense of caring about

They will schedule you a time to come , and if they don't know you , or if you are not a regular you will wait!

I arrived at 5pm for a 5:15pm appointment to fix one yes one nail...

I was told to sit at one station , but I refused to sit , due to my extremely long drive from work , then I was told to move to another station to have a seat , on to wait another 30 min

When other people continue to walk in even one that Gad a 6 o'clock appointment they recognised her and and told her to have a seat at their station

I wish I didn't wait this long , but I did

My first and very last time coming to this place... remember if you're new , you can forget customer service

You will almost die in heat waiting , but I'm already invested , I hate needing a service only to be Rudely taken care of uggggh!!!

I can NOT believe this place received 4 stars ... they should state they have NO room for new customers ... I was handled badly!

They never have to worry about me ... ever!!!

Finally left at 6:22pm with a very tacky job aggggggh !!! Got home at 6:23pm , my fault I stayed so long

I've been going here since it opened, for a few years I stopped going due to my own personal well being (At one point). But I've been back for a couple of years now and am enjoying my nail tech. She is great at her work, and us always on point for me, I am happy and refuse anyone else doing my pedi and fill.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place needs to get shut down. They are extremely rough. When taking off old acrylic they did not properly they did not soak it. All she did was use a tool and pull it off and peel it off. She made me bleed. Even after it was bleeding she tried to glue a nail on top of it!! I had to tell her I no longer wanted an acrylic. She would yank my hand when I tried to pull away and firmly pull my hand towards her to keep still. Service here is terrible. I will never come back here!

The absolute worst and traumatizing mani-pedi I've ever experienced. My cuticles were bleeding and swollen the next day. The cat-eye gel polish I asked for wasn't applied properly, nor was the magnet applied in order to bring out the brilliance of the undertones of the polish. And to make matters worse, she scrubbed the skin off of my ankle while exfoliating the bottom of my foot. Damn shame. Never again. I'm sending a version of this review in a letter to the Department of Health & Safety.

Let me start off by saying, this was the first place I came when I relocated in the area for a little me time back in 2010. I thought this was a great place when I needed a TLC and the prices were visible and affordable. However, life happens and priority situations come first. I had to disappear for a while, but when I returned on Monday, I noticed not much business was taking place, just thought I had came in on a good day. I request pedi and dip, let me remind you it was quiet and no one was having a conversation. As soon as I sat in the pedicure chair, the worker started talking constantly in their language. I thought that was very rude since the customers do not speak the language and it was none stop. The owners just let them continue without even saying anything to them. Ok, quick job. Didn't get much TLC or me time. When asked how much, the owner asked the workers in their language and the price I was quoted was close to $100.00, not what I was expecting for the service I was provided. However, kept quiet, paid the price and left. It wasn't even a week passed by, it was just three (3) days. The dip on my nails had chipped and the gel on my toes was peeling, it appears they are putting way too much thinner in their products. I could not believe I had just spent as much money as I did for a bad service. I had just flushed my hard earned cash down the toilet. I will never return to Tammy nails in Pinole again, the service went from G8 to just give us your money and go. Best believe they will not see me again.

It was my very first time coming here. Requested a take off , pedicure and new set. The lady doing the pedicure was rough I end up with my big toe hurting for days and infected. The guy doing my nails foundation was clumpy the powder was not laid flat and neat very bulky looking after forwards and my gem fell off the next day. My nails started to lift a week later smh Would not recommend

I just left Tammy's nails. Kathy has been doing my nails for a long time and she really f*cked them up so bad this morning. What the hell was she thinking!!! I asked for a full set and I only got a couple repairs. These 2 pictures don't even look similar. I got these purple lumpy bumpy thick nails. I wanted the picture of the ones with glitter not the pink ones. I explained to her that I wanted clear with the ombre glitter. I am screwed cuz I can't afford to get them fixed right now. I refuse to go back.

Tim saved my nails! Super professional at what he does, and I believe everyone who works here is the same way. They are always super busy though apparently, so have patience. I'd like to try a different shape next time, but otherwise wouldn't change a thing.
