Drew T.Tampa, FL172Dec 30, 2020I've been treated by Dr. Mooney and his staff for several years now. His smaller practice gives him the opportunity to offer more personalized attention versus some chain business (*cough* The Joint), and I've always feel welcomed and appreciated going there.

The receptionist always took good care of my treatment by asking me question on how I feel . Thank u for making me feel healthier again Dr. MOONEY

After initial consultation I was told by both the chiropractor and the receptionist that I had just over 20 visits for free under my current insurance company. Then after quite a few visits and three weeks into this I received a statement from the insurance company stating that they were not covering the full cost. The chiropractor did not understand how the deductible worked apparently. That, or they know and they tell people this just to make money off of people. How horrible. My bill from them was for more than $400.00 which is absolutely ridiculous considering the treatment that I did get. A traction machine with electrodes for 10 minutes and then an adjustment which takes less than 5 minutes. These people are raking it in I'm sure. Unless more people like me stand up to them. I'm taking them to court.
