Tandoor Grill

Food is excellent! We came for lunch. Recently moved to LB and I'm used to the NYC Indian food. This was as good if not better. All the tastes and textures on point. Happy to have enough pescatarian options on the menu.
Service was attentive. Ambiance is fine. Some Indian decor and background music.

Food is good but expensive. Called to order for pickup tonight and they answered "hello". No indication that I was calling their place of business. Placed my order and they hung up before I could ask how long it will be. Not particularly friendly when I went to pick up the food. Food is a 5. Customer service a 2.

Our dinners here were so much better than we expected. Everything was seasoned & cooked perfectly, the interior design & attention to detail (chairs, cups, wood carvings on the wall, ornate ceilings & lighting fixtures, etc.) reminded us of the palaces of "maharajahs" we visited when in India a few years ago, and the gentleman serving us (he told us he is originally from Goa & was a super friendly guy) made us feel really welcome. We will be back for more!

Dinner tonight with 8 friends Birthday celebration. WOW I have been here before but tonight I feel they are over the top with details and service. Bring your own wine no charge. But the food was so darn good And each course had fun little details and in the end the dessert balls with little metal dishes to eat each one based in honey. Please go because we love Tandoor Grill as a true gem in the West End of Long Beach or order out!

My go-to indian spot since it's so close to where I live. I order takeout from here often since coming across the spot and decided to dine-in for the first time a couple of days ago.

Inside is pretty small but the decor is nice. To start with I always get the vegetables samosas bc they taste like heaven. The sauces that they come with compliment the flavors so well. I came here with my sister and a friend and we decided to get a bunch of dishes to share. Chicken tiki masala is a must bc why not. We also got the chicken vindaloo which I really enjoy and might be my new go-to dish but It is spicy so if you're not a fan of spice, I wouldn't opt for this one. We also got the saag paneer which is another fave of mine. 100% recommend the garlic naan!

Overall I enjoyed the dining experience but bc it's so small, I may just opt for continuing takeout.

We've ordered takeout from Tandoor Grill at least 20 times and their food is consistently amazing! Great flavors and incredibly delicious! For appetizers, our favorites are the aloo tikki chaat, chili paneer, and tandoori chicken wings. Favorite entrees are the butter chicken, chicken korma, and lamb biryani (with garlic naan and raita on the side!). If you haven't tried this place, this is your sign! Highly recommend (dine-in or takeout).
