Taylors had lots of big trees and bushes if you need quick privacy . They always have there helpers there right away to load up your things . Only thing I find they need to change is the way you cash out . They need to have a hand held Visa machine and ring you up so you can just go. But instead they hand you a sheet of sticky paper and you have to go inside this 80sq ft building and wait it a long line to cash out .

Bought a lemon potted plant here that took over 2 years to get it to bloom. Then bought a red maple tree to swap out for the live oak planted by the builder. Bloomed the first season, 2nd season tree tried to bloom on one side and all leaves and buds dried up and tree was dead. Had it professionally planted and I have a pretty good green thumb with lots of plants and vegetable gardens. Called Taylor's and they would do nothing. They said they don't guarantee anything. Not even a credit or anything. Disappointed.

Just got charged $19.99 each fopr 3 potted plants. Complained that they were marked $14.99 and that their computer/bar code was off. Even though the whole shelf 30 or more were marked at $14.99 the cashier gaslighted me that mine had been marked down because of a previous frost. The price labels on all the plants were old and had not been marked down and their was no reference to discount because of frost. I merely wanted to be charged the list price and told her thier scan system needed to be adjusted. She stuck to here story about a frost??? I never did find any plants marked for $19.95? Need better customer service

Hat's off to Taylor's in Beaufort. Their delivery was on time and very helpful. Service was top notch and friendly. Their quality product helped me build my first fire pit and I can't wait to use it. I fully recommend Taylor's in Beaufort SC:)

Couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable help.
We met Lauren who walked us around and asked many questions of our needs and steered us in the right direction.
She was wonderful and an asset to Taylor's .

Wonderful plant selection. On several occasions, checkout is very slow and poor. Will not return to rude customer service.

Taylors is a great place to find the plants you need to make your yard a bird friendly haven. They have quite a selection of native plants and great people to give you good advice.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the quality of plants I've traditionally bought from Taylor's over the past 4 years. However, I will no longer be buying my plants there since the management has refused to consider refunding our $55.62 we spent on 2 Confederate Jasmine for our arbor in the back yard, because as their sales person told me, it's very deer-resistant. Deer are a problem in our yard - They eat our Orange and Lemon trees, as well as our Gardenia and rose bushes. So I was careful not to go to the back breaking trouble of planting anything the deer would be drawn to. Although Confederate Jasmine is well-known to be deer-resistant, the deer have decimated these plants, while leaving our other plants in the yard alone - obviously preferring these. I'm guessing that the nursery was sold some plants that were erroneously labeled, because deer do love other species of Jasmine. The manager gave me the song and dance I'm sure everyone is familiar with: "...can't guarantee, it's only resistant - not deer proof, blah blah blah...". I've spent a lot of $ at Taylor's, but I won't be anymore. A professional nursery should be willing to take responsibility for the quality of what they're selling. I can go to Walmart to get plants that are mislabeled and people who don't care.

Nice selection of plants but their warranty is for 24 hours. Prices are not better that other places with better customer service and better warranty
