Using same review I posted on Google:
Wealth of knowledge and experience who handled all questions (mine as well as neighbors) and curiosity from day one. Replaced a 15 year old Carrier Infinity system with a HEIL (3 ton).
Thea is honest, negotiable and gave me the best price. Had some inclement weather, but communicated, showed up on time as expected. Neat and respectful of the property.
Thea and Leo worked well together (great teamwork) and didn't mind my neighbor and I hanging over their shoulders, asking them continuous questions. We're wanna be HVAC techs! Great service, personalities and overall experience.
I only wish I had videoed the entire experience so I could have posted it on the YouTube. I'm sure it you have gotten ONE MILLION views!

If I'm still around and remember, I'll update the review regarding the equipment. So far so good: Installed on 6 January 2024. Today is 17 April 2024.

This was the 2nd time we called TC HVAC for our AC unit, and once again we received excellent service. The first time our compressor fan stopped spinning. TC came out and replaced the fan, and got us back to cooling.
This time around our unit just wasn't cooling. We called TC , he told us he was out of the area but he could have his partner Alonzo come out and take a look.
Alonzo came out, diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong, and resolved the issue. Which was we needed refrigerant. He loaded it up and got us back to cooling.

Came out on a Sunday morning for initial repair. Used him again a few months later when my 15yr old unit finally needed to get replaced. Was able to communicate back and forth as I researched my options and was not pushy at all. HIs prices were good when compared to other companies. The team was professional and was able to install the new unit fairly quickly.

TC Is a very reliable and knowledgeable professional. On time, prepared and able to do the job!

TC has been maintaining our unit for over 2 years now and I have never had any issues, a little preventative maintenance can yield a major breakdown. TC always does a thorough job and is very thorough. Great individual and great company!

My AC stopped working two days ago. I checked the yelp reviews for AC contractors and selected TC HVAC. I filled out the online request for contact and he reached out to me that evening and explained the availability for the next day (yesterday).
He arrived during the second half of the window (busy with other jobs) and was able to get my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. My system is a little old and he was not trying to push me towards replacing it right away. However, he did provide some pointers on how to keep it running efficiently. I value that professionalism and approach. I would recommend and gladly use TC services again if needed.

Great service. Patient, knowledgeable and clean. He always try to educate us and teach us what to do or look for before calling. He's pleasant to deal with and over all great service.

TC HVAC came to diagnose my AC not working. They concluded I had a bad circuit board on the main unit and quoted $850 for replacement. The next day I got a second opinion. The other company found unplugged wires and wires connected in the wrong way in two locations. When they changed the wires, the AC came on and blower operates correctly. They said that the circuit board TC HVAC quoted actually costs about $100. I reached out to TC HVAC about all of this and received no response whatsoever. I thought they would offer my $80 visit fee back but nope. I can't prove that TC HVAC changed my wires to try to get a huge repair service but the second company thought this was probably the case. At best, TC HVAC are terrible technicians who can't diagnose wiring. How could the unit have run well last week with bad wiring anyway?

I had a great experience with TC HVAC. They installed a mini-split system in my home addition and I'm very happy with the product and service. Their estimate was right on the mark with no hidden or surprise costs. Once I decided to move forward, they had a team out within the week and when there was an issue with a part the supplier sent, they were back out within two days and worked after hours to get the job done. Definitely recommend them!

TC HVAC is a wonderful company. This review has been a long time coming, they came to our aid a few months back. So it was one of those nights a few months ago when snow was forecasted and the temperature was dropping. As luck would have it the darn HVAC unit dies, literally!! So I start calling local companies & due to late hour no one would come over, TC did! They came assessed the situation, told me the unit had indeed passed! They came back on a holiday to install the new unit. Great group on people work here. I would definitely recommend them to my friends & family.
