As a first time homebuyer, Joseph was a pleasure to work with. I began my home search way before the pandemic started and Joseph was there from beginning to end.
These are especially trying times with the housing market but Joseph was there every step of the way. When the pandemic started, there were no more open houses. Joseph had to be there with me at every single showing and we went to countless homes. Being a night shift ICU nurse, my schedule is a little awkward and I preferred to visit all these homes in the morning. Joseph was very accommodating to my schedule. He even went to a few homes for me, surveyed and took pictures when I wasn't able to. He helped me place more offers than I had intended on making. When I didn't get them, he was encouraging and reminded me that I'd get the house I'd want.
Joseph is very laid back and easy to get along with, but he definitely has your back when things are looking questionable. Once he gets to know your taste, he understands what you're looking for. He gives his honest input based on your taste and doesn't try to just sell you a house.
Communication with him is very easy. He's always available through text, email or phone call. There would be times if text him late at night and he'd be able to answer.
Besides getting the benefit of having a hardworking realtor, if you go with Joseph through the Realty Plus program with Navy Federal you get cash back. I was able to get a few thousand back. I didn't even use Navy Federal for my loan, but I still was able to take advantage of this great opportunity.
