I live 45 minutes away and needed to get my screen replaced the same day. I answered their Facebook marketplace ad and asked for a quote on how much it would cost. they quoted me a price that I agreed to. immediately I drove there and dropped off the phone. I then get a message that it was going to be 50 dollars more because it was a newer model phone.

when I got there the guy was WRONG on the model of the phone. he said the S23 ultra screen was more expensive. I then told him it's an s22. he tried to tell me I was wrong as if I didn't own the phone. once opening going to settings and showing him it was indeed an s22 he still said it's 50 more but he can give me a 10 dollar discount. so he mis quoted the price over the phone, he got the model of the phone wrong himself even though the initial discussion I said it was an s22, and then he still tried to up charge me and blame it on someone he spoke to and his English not being good. NONE of which is my fault. he should have charged me the 300 he agreed to instead of trying squeeze another 50 out.

I RECOMMEND no one doing business there and I never will as that experience is unacceptable from anyone who gives such poor customer service.

only reason I gave 2 and not 1 is because they at least fixed my screen

I had great service. They were so kind and helpful. Very quick repair and very good price. Thank you for all your help. I will be back when needed.

paid $130 for my screen to be fixed on a 12 pro. The screen they put on had lines through it already. The lighting was off & would completely drain my battery within an hour. The phone broke the same day they changed it, without being dropped. Went back to the store and they wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix it. DO NOT COME HERE. Try fast fix on grove street or just go to Apple. Saving a few bucks on some cheap stuff you're going to have to replace again and again isn't worth it
