The worst realtor we have ever dealt with. I do NOT recommend her at all. Our house has had so many views and so many requests, yet she has answered none of them. SHe has told us nothing about what is going on. DO NOT USE HER.

I'm not surprised to see other people have had negative experiences dealing with Teresa. Teresa is a terrible human being & realtor. She doesn't care about anything except for her commission. Teresa advertised the incorrect rental amount on our contract for a duplex. Teresa ignored my agents request for the leases multiple times. She did this intentionally & waited until the option period was over before she followed up. She is always difficult to get ahold of & will not adhere to the mandated guidelines set by the Truth in Lending Act. Her response time is the worst I've seen in the real estate industry. Please dont do any business with this clown, you will end up regretting it. I will never do business with this person ever again.

She's nice until you she sells you a house after that you can't count on her for anything. She tells you everything you want to hear but never keeps any of her promises. If she makes any promises just make sure to have it all in writing.

I cannot express to you all how horrible our experience with Teresa has been. We are a military family, we were traveling across the country and she repeatedly lied to us about the condition of the house we were buying, made false repair amendments to our contract, and made so many false promises. I was ensured that she had dealt with moving military families before and she could be trusted. That was so untrue. She lied to us countless times, there's not enough room on this review to list them all. Towards the end of my experience with her, she got mad that I called her broker, which in turn made her call my husband and tell and start threatening me over the phone. I'm seven months pregnant, we closed about two months ago, and she has caused so much stress in this pregnancy for me it's been difficult to enjoy it. She ruined our first home buying process. Do not use Teresa as your realtor or YOU WILL be lied to and cheated out of your experience.
