Q:
I see a lot of restaurants called Teriyaki Plus. Is it a local chain? Are they related?
A:
Yes, there is also a Teriyaki Plus in Seattle and Shoreline. Not sure if it is the same, only been to this location before.

After one visit, I'm happy to add this restaurant into my list of favorite teriyaki restaurants!
I stopped by for takeout 30 minutes before they closed. The restaurant is clean, bright, casual with little decoration. It was fairly empty but lots of people coming in and out for takeout. Parking is easy to find.
I got the chicken teriyaki and katsu, which comes with a side of cucumber salad and garlic dressing. The salad dressing was really good!
The chicken teriyaki was great, the sauce was really good and flavourful! I didn't purchase additional teriyaki sauce but I'll be buying more sauce on the side next time! The katsu was on point.
The staff was nice, I had no problem with picking up the order.
The portion was generous for the price, I have half of the meal leftover for the next day.
I will definitely come back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 25, 2024
One of the few teriyaki places open on a Sunday. Love their cucumber salad. Lots of rice. Spicy chicken was good, but not that spicy. Could kick up the heat a bit more. Service was quick and good. We got our order to go and were pleased.

Been there countless times now. They are consistently really good. They are probably the most expensive fast food teriyaki you can find, but I keep going back because it's worth it in quality AND quantity.
Domo Arigato Teriyaki+!
Here are updated menu prices.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0May 1, 2021Previous reviewBeen there twice now. I've had the spicy chicken lunch special and beef teriyaki. Both were really tasty. The menu is a buck or two more than most other teriyaki places, but the quality is certainly there and the portion sizes are just enough in size to feel it's a fair price-but just enough.
They are friendly, place is spotless. If/when dine-in ever becomes a thing again, parking will be a problem. - Brittany R.Seattle, WA65671313Oct 8, 2023
Interesting! Great quality. *Delicious* cucumber vinegar salad instead of the typical iceberg lettuce kind.
Loved the chicken. Loved the teriyaki sauce. LOVE the portion size!!! Soooo grateful. LOVE the garlic aioli they added on the side!!!!
I ordered take out but deciced to sit in and eat. Smelled like Fabuloso cleaner or Pine Sol -- not ideal. Ick. Wish they to found a natural option.
Would def come back for takeout though! Glad to find this place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jolene H.Redondo Beach, CA51486Feb 9, 2024
Really decent teriyaki, with huge portions for the price. Service is great too! Lunch special offers cucumber salad and gyozas for around $16, and it easily amounts to about 2 meals.

Spicy chicken was fantastic, so much food it made for 3 meals. I love the cucumber salad instead of the typical bagged garden salad.
My new go to teriyaki place for sure.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kimberly H.Seattle, WA1127Oct 18, 2023
Delicious. Great portion sizes and really liked how the vegetables were not overcooked in the yakisoba. We came here for takeout during a busy time and food was ready very timely. While waiting we hung out at a table and the place was clean and each table had it's own hand sanitizer.
I would highly recommend this place and we really look forward to coming back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 99434263Dec 14, 2022
Really really good Teryaki. I love the garlic sauce that it comes with, and extra sauces are only about $0.25! I was recovering from the flu and this really hit the spot in my recovery. It was delivered via Uber eats, so I can't speak to the location. But my order was fulfilled fast and still hot and delicious when it arrived! Presentation was perfect as well. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

I didn't take pictures but the teriyaki chicken was good and the salad w/ranch dressing was surprisingly good as well. I stopped here for lunch and had enough to take for leftovers. I would definitely come back. It was a tad bit pricey for lunch but, is probably the going price for lunch in this area.

I only recently learned that teriyaki chicken is a big thing in the Seattle area, and wanted to have some for lunch upon arriving on my visit to my sister's new place in Kirkland. My sister and brother in law are still getting settled in and don't know a lot of local businesses yet, but we decided to try Teriyaki Plus after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp.
In walking in, we saw that they accept digital payments, which I appreciated, because it shows that the business is willing to adopt technology to make things convenient for customers. The interior of the business was clean and had a good amount of seating area for folks wanting to dine in.
We walked in and were very obviously noobs. I immediately started staring at the menu above the counter and trying to figure out what I wanted (we probably should have looked at the menu prior to arriving but my excuse is that I flew in on a 6am flight).
We decided to get a number of different items to share, and I asked if the lunch options are available on Saturdays as well. To my surprise, they were! I asked some more noob-y questions like, is the amount of food different in the lunch combo and how many pieces of gyoza does it come with (the answer is 5 pieces). The guy taking the orders (maybe the owner?) answered my questions without getting annoyed with me, which I appreciated. I found the guy to be perfectly polite and I don't understand the reviewers who point out a "rude Korean male." Like did him being Korean make him more rude? Not sure why that description was relevant.
We decided to order the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki, Pork Teriyaki, and one lunch special with the Garlic Spicy Chicken. We anticipated very large portions but wanted to try a variety of items and expected to have leftovers.
My sister lives pretty close so we got the food to go. We were told it will take 10 minutes but the food came out very fast (maybe closer to 5 mins) and we were on our merry way. The food smelled amazing in the car.
When we arrived at the house, we opened up each container, so we could all try some of each. The immediate difference to the eye was that the lunch combo has two scoops of rice in the small divided sections of the container, meat in the large section, and the gyoza on top, whereas the non lunch options had a foil pouch containing the cucumber salad and one scoop of rice in the small sections but more rice under the big heap of meat.
I tried the gyoza first. It was still crispy and delicious. I had expected the dumplings to be steamed so it was a nice surprise that they were fried and crispy. Then I made a plate with each of the meats, rice, and cucumber.
The spicy chicken teriyaki was my favorite, with the char that I was looking for, tender chicken (I saw someone had inedibly dry chicken--that was not our experience), and a salty sweet sauce that had a nice little kick. The pork teriyaki was also delicious (I am a pork fiend) but I did not notice as much char on the meat and I learned that I prefer the spicy teriyaki over the regular. The garlic spicy chicken gave us a General Tso's chicken vibe because it was breaded, but I think the sauce may have been the same as for the spicy chicken teriyaki. It also had some onions and maybe green bell pepper? Sorry I only took a picture of the spicy chicken teriyaki. I was hungry.
We had lots of leftovers and I reheated some of everything for breakfast today and the meat was still tender after the microwave.
Highly recommend.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
