I've done 15+ lifetime real estate transactions, including homes, land, and rentals. Terry McCarty is, by far, the best realtor I've ever encountered. He recently helped us sell our California home, and like all real estate transactions, there were several twists and turns. Terry handled everything from start to finish, coordinated all stakeholders, and made everything work. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor and person.

Terry is one of the most persistent people I have ever met in my life, he does not give up. There is a solid reason why this guy sells the most houses and has the best yelp reviews. Just choose him, if he's sent you here to read reviews there's no way you're getting out of it now anyway.

Terry McCarty is a fantastic realtor! We used Terry to sell my aunty's home in Westminster. I am remote in the Bay Area so i really leaned on Terry to manage things locally in Westminster. He is a great quarterback; coordinating everything for us on the home like cleaning, staging , lawn prep. He managed the open houses so well, got us bids, helped us make decisions on the bids and helped us sell the house in record time. I loved working with Terry and will definitely work with him again. Terry has been one of the exceptional real estate agent I have worked with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy going. He showed me few homes in one day and learned very quickly my taste and style. After one weekend we put an offer and he made it happen for me with negotiations and competitions with other agents. Its hard to be concise when speaking about what an amazing experince we had with Terry and his partner Dan. They lead the entire process from pricing, photography, showings to close.
5 days before closing our sale the home flooded from the upstairs. It was discovered during the final walkthrough. We were out of town and Terry and Dan stood in for us with insurance, remediation and all the things that come with that until we could get back. Most importantly they got it closed with the buyers intact; no concessions. It was impossible to not hug them when the sale was over. They both were professionally and personally supportive.

Terry has helped me with a few home purchases & sales over the years. He's truly one of the good guys, honest, and excellent at what he does! I recommend him to everyone I know in orange county.
