Showed up on time and did a very thorough job! 2 step process to clean pet stains! Will definitely use them again!

3.5 stars- cleaning service was great. Except they sent one person instead of two. Also a miscommunication about sending a carpet steam cleaner separately that I wasn't aware of. Pretty good overall.

This company hijacked my phone number. Theratened to charge me a $50 cancellation fee, I had not arranged to have their services. Totally unprofesional.

I am unhappy with the services provided by Texas Cleaning Services.
I am helping my father get his home ready to sell and had an appt at 10am today. While I was running late to the property and had the number of bathrooms wrong (I don't live in this home) they communicated to me the extra charges and everything was going great in the beginning. All text communication was consistent.
I was told they would send me photos of the job after it was complete as I was not on the property anymore and this is when the problems started. They did not send photos of the finished job like they said they would in text. When my father let me know they did not do everything they said, I was told by someone on the phone (after calling multiple times) to send photos to show how bad it was with a follow up text message. As soon as I sent them they have gone radio silent except for one very nice lady who answered my call on the 7th ring and told me she'd get with her general manager this evening.
While they weren't answering my calls my dad called to let me know they had JUST processed the extra charges previously discussed, even though none of cleaning was done! You would think an ethical company would pause everything before resolving the issue.

The cleaning checklist for a move out clean is supposed to include dusting/wipe downs of all the things like vents, light fixtures and baseboards. I also added to our special notes the walls needed cleaning. I have added a few photos for all the things promised, but were missed.

Texas Cleaning Services didn't do the cleaning I asked of them, a manager named Adam pretended to give me a refund (but didn't) when I sent them photos of the incomplete work, and then had the audacity to fight me when I contested the charge with my credit card even though I had e-mail evidence that they had promised me a refund.

They even went so far as telling my credit card company that they performed the service and that the customer (me) was very satisfied. I was floored by this.

I urge you not to support this company and their unscrupulous business practices. If I could give negative stars I would.

Took service of Texas Cleaning Service for a move out clean with carpet wash.

The clean was average, have had better service in past with like much less the price. They did a good job in cleaning appliances, okish with floors and below average in cleaning the bathrooms. I took garage cleaning as well and it just got a wipe out that's it, hoped they will atleast wet mop it.

The carpet cleaners came in way late, I was told 12, then 2, then 4 and they came after 5. I wasn't der came back to check their work and still found some uncleaned spots, they even emptied the their machines in my front yard and I could see a fur ball of the cleaned carpet there.

For the money I'll say this is a way overpriced service. But they do a decent job nothing to rave about though.

Iam in the process of moving and hired them to clean windows and all wood work. She did an excellent job. It was a fair price and I would use them again.

Arrived an hour and a half late, which would have been understandable if she still stayed to clean for the two hours I've paid for - but she left after 45 minutes.

I made the mistake of running an errand while she was here, so I didn't get to see what she did and didn't do. I came back just as she was leaving.

It looks like she did not clean the floors (photo is what I swept up after she left). I also noted when I scheduled this that I wanted an emphasis on the bathroom, particularly because a rusty bolt in my toilet is leaving stains I can't seem to wipe off with my basic cleaning supplies, yet the toilet was left completely untouched in the cleaning process.


Basically I paid 170 dollars for 45 minutes of cleaning that I could have done myself. Save your money!

I don't expect much from cleaning services, and usually I'm not disappointed by lackluster cleaning. But the fact they missed dust bunny levels of dust on a fan was amazing, in a bad way.

Perhaps they're better in regular cleanings, I've just used their deep clean and move-out services. I would not recommend them.

Edit: Raised the rating a star since I did get contacted and offered a 50% refund, so the company is trying. It doesn't deserve 5 stars though, even aside from the obviously missed fan the cleaning job done when I've used them isn't something I'd rave about.

We contacted this company cause we moved into our new place from out of town. The initial phone call and setting up an appointment was easy. We were a little skeptical about paying over 300 for a deep clean the day before they even came out. Allison showed up and was super friendly and got to work on the 1200 sq ft home. She did it all herself and still had time to be customer oriented with us. Making conversation and making sure she was doing a good job.
She came in fid a walk through saw what we needed went over her process and got to work. After did another walk through made sure my wife and I were happy left us a tradh bag... as she noticed we didn't have any. I highly recommend Allison for your clean she is amazing. Don't know how the other girls clean... if we ever need this service again we are making sure we get Allison.
