Did a good move out clean on our apartment. We specifically requested that they focus on the vents and fan blades and they did.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This company took their money before my house was cleaned. As you can see the state of my son's room was unacceptable! I do not recommend this company, Absolutely terrible $500 down the drain!

They were very prompt in replying to my inquiries. Good cleaning but a bit pricy.
It was a good help when you can' make the time to do it yourself.

I have used Texas Cleaning Service. They charge your account the day of the cleaning before the cleaners even get there. I was unhappy with the way my house was cleaned plus the maids did not speak a word of english so I was unable to speak to them. I as they were loading up to leave, I had to call them back to mop the floor. Not at all happy with the service so I called and canceled the service for future visits. On March 21, 2023, another lady from that company came out to clean. I met her outside before she even Got unloaded and told her i had canceled services.
TexasCleaning Ava had already charged my account $201 and some change. To this day, they have still not refunded my money.
I will never use them again.

My house needed a deep cleaning. This company sent two cleaners over, and they worked hard for four hours to get my 2,300 SF house clean. It looks and smells so much better! Not the cheapest, but the cleaners were professional and thorough, which hasn't always been the case with some other companies.

Worst $350 Deep Cleaning and Poor Business Ethics.

I have to say that every individual cleaner who have done a deep cleaning took a couple days in any home I have had over 2,000 sq ft. So, I was happy, yet surprised when it did not take until late in the evening. I did have to point out what stood out right away when we walked through. Ms. Maria was good about correcting those things; but, I was on a call and could not do a full inspection. I really should have. Once I noticed the side of the toilet and light switches not wiped I actually decided to inspect. There was dust on furniture, windows, and baseboards not cleaned. Cabinets not wiped clean, trash can, faucets not wiped down...etc. So many things that are a part of even a standard cleaning not done.

There seemed to have been a disconnect on the type of job being performed. It was descent, not great, for a standard job. I just need a quarterly deep clean since I keep the house clean overall. Pretty inconvenient that I have to now clean myself. Definitely a form of robbery.

When I communicated this to the company, they emailed me 96 hrs after my cleaning and asked for photos. Then 192 hrs after the cleaning I was told to give them a date to do a redo cleaning. When I did, they told me that they only do redo cleanings after 72 hrs. That math does not add up since the request from them to give a date was 192 hrs later and, most important here, they failed to communicate the 72 hr rule. I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I have to be overlooking it, maybe??

I was offered a $70 credit towards another cleaning since I was beyond the 72 hrs that was newly presented 480 hrs later.
Definitely way off on the credit amount and where the credit is distributed. I am confused why anyone would want to continue business when it was not done right.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not recommend these cleaners at all. Showed up 2 hours late to begin with with no phone to call to let me know. Said they would clean base boards sweep and mop dust EVERYTHING counter tops restrooms. All the works. Come home to see it look like my 5 year old swept and mopped(no other cleaning was done in my house besides the "sweep and mop")Pretty much got robbed for $400 by this company. Supposedly my refund has been sent but it's been 3 weeks and the manager Adam won't return phone calls just emails saying money should've been sent back already. Pictures are from after the "clean" when I pay $400 for a clean I expect it detailed clean. Not $400 for a sweep and mop my kid could do.

Back in April we had this company clean our house following some light improvements. Our house is almost 4K square feet. The company said they'd send three people. Great. Done quickly. They sent one. The lady was wonderful, but the job was WAY to big for just one person. She did a decent job, but missed a few things later in the day, probably due to how long she worked.

if you were getting a regular cleaning then they did a pretty good job. I paid a lot for a deep cleaning and it was not a deep cleaning. First off I had an appointment at 10:00 am which they changed for their convenience without asking to 11:00 am. They did not show up until 12:03 and completed a 1750 sq ft house at 1:16. 1 hour and 13 minutes for a deep clean including blinds on all windows and baseboards. The blinds may have been lightly dusted but they are still dusty. I am super disappointed in the service and the price is ridiculous for the amount of work. I would not recommend their service.

We moved into our new home and the Owners left it in bad condition. We spent a couple of days cleaning but our realtor hired this company to clean and they DID NOT CLEAN like they should've. No baseboards, no windows, no cabinets, didn't vacuum, really I'm not sure what they did. They sent our Realtor a few photos of what they did do which was VERY MINIMAL. Very disappointing especially since it's been a stressful move. Don't hire them. They'll post photos I'm sure of the little they did but I'm posting photos of what they did not do and there's so much more I could post. Do not waste your money. I'm currently cleaning the house myself and they were here TODAY.
