The owner sent his son to come and repair the septic. The son was not sure of what he was doing and called his father to walk him through it. The father, the owner of the company, yelled at him over the phone several times while he was trying to do the repair. The son left and said his dad was going to come back and review the job. The son left his tools and trash on my property. The owner said he came back, but we never saw him. Wouldn't he have picked up his tools and trash? He also informed me that he was out of town so not sure how he suddenly got back in town? The septic is now making a loud humming noise and my electric bill is 4X what it normally runs. I asked the owner to come back and all I get is excuses. I would never hire this company again. Poor repair, poor customer service, no warranty, just a headache.

They showed up at the scheduled time and got the job done. Next time we need our septic tank emptied I'll be going with them again.

I truly hate leaving bad reviews for any company for any reason, unless there is last resort. Unfortunately This company was referred by my additional homeowners insurance, and the appointment was made for today between 7am -11am. He called yesterday to confirm that he would be here at 9am. I asked that if I didn't answer, to leave a message and I would call back asap, because I have Spam blocked my phone could block his number. He understood and would do so. I was up at 6:30am just incase...he arrived early. Well, 9:00am came and went 10am came and went. I called left voicemail inquiring as to where and what. At 11:15am I did the same and at 11:40 once more and then I called my Warrenty insurance Company and let them know what was happening and that at this point I was not happy, I had not received a courtesy call of any kind. Unless there had been some kind of earth shattering event, this was the worst customer service from any company I have ever experienced.

Pretty badass service. Priced a few different places with lesser reviews and yet this place still had the best price and service reviews. I needed the walkway pressure washed and was fortunate that this place was able to get it done quick. No hassle, no complaints. Definitely recommend using this place!

I had an emergency situation. I sent a request out at 12:30 am thinking I would have some responses the following morning and then schedule an appointment (hoping) for later that day. The owner contacted me at 12:45 am, provided a short term solution for me to do until he could get out there, and we set up an appointment for 9 am the next day. He called me at 7:30 am, showed up 30 min early, and had everything fixed and serviced in 2 hrs.

He gave me his personal contact information and told me if I ever needed anything to call him anytime.

I called late at night about an alarm on my aerobic septic. After talking to Anthony at Texas Wastewater, we set an appointment for the morning. They came out the next day and resolved the issue. They were professional and knowledgeable. Five stars because they helped me out in a pinch at a reasonable price! I would definitely use them again.
