Your normal regular nail salon in the Wildwood neighborhood, so of course a little more than expensive. Does get busy but they get the job done. The quality of work is what is top notch & fast! If u want those special Designs, this is the place to go. I will be back.

I had gone to this salon previously with no issues. I went there on Saturday, March 30. Their son was running around playing video games on a phone very loudly. A spa is supposed to be relaxing. I thought well next time I come it will be during school hours.
Sunday morning, Easter, my heel started hurting and swelling. By Tuesday it was so bad I went to urgent care. I was diagnosed with cellulitis on my heel, staphylococcus infection. I am on Bactrim for 10 days. I believe the scrub sponge or some of the tools weren't disinfected. I did notify Tom, one of the owners. He just said he was sorry that happened to me. He didn't offer a refund or the $20 tip I added. I have an appointment with the doctor on Wednesday for a follow up. Ladies, be very careful where you have your nails done. Staphylococcus is very dangerous and can spread easily throughout your body if not treated.
This may be a coincidence, but I have never had anything like this before. Use your own judgement.

Just went in I've been giving my nails a break. Tom and Vicki are no longer there and they wouldn't let me use a gift card from my birthday in September 2021 I get that it's old but there is not an expiration date on the gift card so I will not be back that is incredibly disappointing to just throw money out the window.

Visiting from out of state. My daughter and I got fills. Very friendly and did a great job on our fills.

I got my nails done here right before Thanksgiving and they did absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back soon. They got me in and out the door, while doing such a great job! I showed a photo for reference, and she made it look just like it/if not even better. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. If I could make this a quarter star, I would. Only person there, she never said a word, rushed through my manicure and pedicure. So she got "0" as a tip.

Great friendly environment! The employees treat you like family and make conversation with you. The make beautiful nails. They don't make you wait long and if there is a wait they keep you engaged. It's always clean and sanitary. The experience is wonderful especially for the great prices! I love going there and never want to go anywhere else.

I walked in on a whim, and I am not sorry I did. The staff are excellent, kind and very professional. I had such a great experience, I came back again, and just booked my third appointment.

First time at the salon because of the great reviews and website the emphasizes cleanliness. NOT TRUE. I had to ask the tech to clean her utensils with at least alcohol before using them after taking them out her basket with other peoples cuticle clippings or cuticle lotion on them. I looked and asked about their enclave to sterilize equipment but was told it's in the back. I guess it wasn't worth the trip.
