First time here visiting. Family owned. For sure a repeat visit . The curry pops appetizer is unbelievable. Great flavor and tangy dipping sauce . A great starter. The Thai salad was excellent. We all loved the Phad Thai which was probably the best I've ever had. Perfect blend of peanuts , sauce and heat.
Can't wait to explore the whole menu.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 30, 2022
So hard to believe how long this place has been here and how long it took for me to try it. Was in the mood for some Thai food and did a quick search on this place and read some of the reviews. Some friends had also told me about this place before too. I decided to give it a try.
Walked inside around 7:30pm on a Thursday and the place was empty. I wasn't even sure that there was anyone even working there but I could hear something in what appeared to be the kitchen area in the back of the restaurant. It took several minutes, but then out came one of the workers and I went ahead and placed a to-go order for some vegetable phad thai w/o the tofu (and with a spice level of 5 out of 25), as well as the curry pops and the stuffy wing (which they were all out of due the price increase of them). I went with the spring rolls instead.
It took hardly any time at all before my order was ready. The phad thai was really good, but it was definitely lacking on the amount of vegetables. It was a lot of noodles, which I do like as well. Great spice level and great phad thai flavor. Just wish it had a tad (not phad) more vegetables. Curry pops were ok - not sure I'd order them again. Spring rolls were also ok.
I would certainly come back here again. It's a staple that has been around St. Pete for decades and there's a reason why.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Linda G.Toronto, Canada04Nov 27, 2023
The best Thai restaurant in St Petersburg. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. I've only eaten in but will try takeout today. Yum. Can't wait for their pad Thai and delicious coconut soup.

Pad Thai was amazing! I get it at a lot of places and this was the best one I've had in a long time. Sauce was great, noodles were cooked to perfection.
Yellow curry was excellent too! Options on spice, which is helpful. Very flavorful and great portion size.
Definitely worth checking out!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - S P.Tyrone, Tampa Bay, FL0255Jul 22, 2022
Absolutely one of the best Panang that I have tried in a long time. These folks have been here since the late 90s- has the same family cooking and handing it down through the family. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the sauce divine and the vegetables very nice. Amazing service and great atmosphere ! Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality !!!

Our party of five met for dinner here at 6:15 pm on a Tuesday night and we were the only people in the place, which concerned me. But throughout the rest of our dinner many people came and went, which reassured me. This struck me as the type of place that only locals would come to, located as it was in an almost barren, run-down strip mall.
The waiter was completely on the ball, easily accommodating all of our special food requests, diligent about keeping our water glasses full, and giving us rice as needed.
For my entree I had the Clay Pot Shrimp and it was really good. The pot was filled with shrimp, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, ginger, and those glassy, thin bean thread noodles. The sauce had a nice, sharp, gingery taste. The shrimp were nice size and plentiful - my only complaint was that they were overcooked.
The restaurant was a little too warm, and the restroom downright hot, but other than those minor inconveniences, I would definitely come back when I'm craving Thai food.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Aug 14, 2019
I came here for lunch, and they didn't disappoint. The service was speedy fast, just what I needed! The servers were friendly, informative, and very attentive.
I ordered the spring rolls and noodles with chicken. Everything was hot, fresh, and very filling. I'd definitely come here again. The noodle dish I ordered, lacked a ton of flavor, but they can add spice to it for you, or you can add a bit of soy sauce.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mar 12, 2019
Tried this restaurant with a friend who has been coming here for years. It was very cute and quiet inside.
I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and peanuts on the side. It was delicious! Very flavorful and fresh! The tofu was cooked perfectly.
I live so close that I biked there. Unfortunately, there was no real bike parking. I locked my bike to a mailbox out front.
Good food and service!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 4317361557Dec 29, 2019
This place is a solid Thai place in the Gateway area. From the outside it may not look like much, but the quality of the food is good. The servers here are always friendly and will bring you what you need. The portion sizes here are also pretty good. Not too much where you leave feeling bloated, but also not so little where you leave feeling hungry. The portion size is just right where you leave feeling satisfied. I got the Masamam Curry this time. I love the several large chunks of potato that are in the curry. They do such a good job of absorbing all of the flavor of the curry and help in the process of making the dish a satisfying and filling dish. The toasted cashew nuts help provide texture to the dish and the onions and coconut milk help to give this curry some nice sweetness that balance out the other savory notes. Top it off with some dried chilies and you get a fantastic meal!
