This is the second time shopping at this place. I literally wouldn't go anywhere else first before buying an appliance.
We were looking for a new stove top and range hood. We found both in brand new condition and was way less expensive than buying any place else.

I've been a repeat customer to this establishment for multiple appliances. This most recent trip was a major disappointment. Lupita, the "manager" of sorts displayed
absolutely no proficiency in handling matters on return of an appalling delivery. We paid for install. And received no install and a full lint trap. Not what we were expecting st all. And for this woman to address us with disdain for their disgusting delivery is beyond me! To tell us a pick up can't be made when I've occupied the facility for 40

Service in store was good . I paid more money to have it delivered for $35 which I live 0.6 miles away . Then more money to have it "INSTALLED" paperwork says they bring it in, take it out of the box and set it up for you and connect it to your water line .
Delivery person just brought it , plugged it in DID NOT CONNECT IT TO THE WATER LINE AND LEFT .
I asked if he could just switch the sides the door opens, and he said it would be an extra fee. I paid three different small fees besides the price of the refrigerator. I will never buy an appliance from this place ever again . It was out 1st time and out last time. I've been with out a dry for 2 weeks,and in those weeks I purchased a LG dryer. I bought it on July 25 th 2023 under a week ago . When it was delivered a man hauled out old dry away in the truck and brought the new dryer into the garage. He then hold up the new gas line hose and took my updated gas hose and put it in my old dryer he hauled away. The basically stole my updated hose that he should've never took away. It was still good. He had the audacity to say that I had a gas leak in the valve in my house, which was a lie. He just never shut off the valve all the way completely he sprayed window cleaner on the gas line and said it was leaking when he went to back to his truck I tighten the valve myself and checked it and it was not leaking at all. This guy is an idiot. He likes to lie and say you have a gas leak when there's none just so they can make more money off from you . He told me he could fix it for $200. I've called back several times and transferred around from the Van Buren store back to the Downtown Riverside store on Mission Inn Avenue. No one seem to know their head from the rear end didn't even know it and want to give me the phone number to the Van Buren store, which is around the corner from my house. Last Friday I had to drive down to the Mission Inn store and pick up the dryer hose that was stolen from me. They gave me one that did not belong to me a different one I was pissed off. I've been waiting for the past week for them to return the hose and to take off the other new hose that the guy had installed when he dropped off the new dryer that he had torqued onto the new dryer too tight for me to remove the new gas pipe line from the new dryer,and to install a new gas line hose I had to pay out of my pocket to put onto the new dryer in question. I've been calling last week for someone to come out and take a look at this since they are the ones who sold it to me. No one wants to seem to take responsibility for any of their mistakes. I even called Andreas Rascon. At 95-334-4835 to inform him about his unprofessional uneducated staff everyone there likes to push the envelope to another person and no communication. I finally got in contact with Andreas and supposedly someone is going to be here today between the hours and 5 and 7 PM to take care of something that should've been taken care of last week when I bought the damn dryer from them! I should be able to get at least $70 back from the $460 plus tax I paid for the dryer for their inconvenience and their lies and the lack on communication and connecting my dryer front for me. Andreas has the audacity to tell me that one of their trucks had broken down. That is not my problem. They have two trucks just parked collecting dust at the parking lot at the Mission Inn Avenue store and location. What a lousy excuse to give, I don't care about their truck being broke down. I bought an item from them last week. I should be able to have them come to my house and be priority since I purchase something from them last week that was never installed due to the lies of their delivery driver . If they don't come and connect the dryer from me, today between 5pm -7pm today 8/31/23 Monday . I'm going to call Andreas tomorrow and have them come and pick up the damn dryer and request my cash back from him and take my business elsewhere and take him to small claims court! This place deserves no stars at allllll!. Much less any business from anyone. All they care about is a sale after the sale is done they don't give a shit about you. here are pictures of the dryer that I've had for over a week pretty useless if I can't use it because of their fault and not installing it and line if they would installed it and use my same gas line that they stalled it wouldn't have been a problem because it was nothing wrong with the gas line from my wall or the gas line from the dryer, connecting to the gas line to the house. I just checked my lent trap to make sure that I didn't have any lint in my new dryer like the other person who purchased from the same store had received a new dryer with a full length trap. Basically their dryer was already used.

I would definitely give 5 stars. This was my 3rd purchase from them in less than a year. I have had exceptional service in purchasing and delivery. I have had 3 experiences with delivery people. Always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. My only complaint is not really to blame this place. I just wanted to warn buyers that just because it's high end and energy efficient, it does not make it eligible for rebates. Maybe you guys can let consumers know which appliances are when they make their purchase? Again, not the Appliance Outlet fault, but maybe it can be mentioned to consumers.

An amazing deal. Delivery & Installation. I'm extremely happy with the service & item quality. So far I got my dish washer. An AC unit , Dining Table & now my new washer & dryer set. I love them. Quiet fast efficient and for me most importantly delivered and installed safely.
