Good Day - I have a retractable awning that was taken down in order to put up vinyl siding. I'd need it reinstalled with a NEW canvas. Do you reinstall awnings? My Dad would take care of the electrical I'm in Howard Beach. Thank You

I had an retractable awning installed around 2 years ago, (still looks like brand new!!) had minor issue with it aligning. They came out very quickly adjusted it at no charge.
They even caulked a little spot joining the cover to the house.
I love when you deal with a company who truly supports there product!!. Anybody I know who is in the market for a motorized retractable awning I would HIGHLY recommend using Awning Warehouse.
Thanks for reading

We just had our awning installed by these guys and couldn't be happier with the entire process. The install crew came and installed the awning so professionally and was very polite. We highly recommend this company.

Completely unprofessional business. I contacted them about having an awning installed on my terrace in advance of our new baby arriving as I wanted to use the terrace over the summer. I had a site visit and approved a quote for installation. The sales person said he needed to confirm one element of the facade installation and would be back in touch with me to schedule a time for delivery and install. After three weeks with no communication, I called to follow up to see the status and was informed that they did not feel comfortable installing at my home due to the type of building facade. This is after my chasing them twice to return my call. This has now delayed the overall project by at least a month causing me to miss my deadline with the baby. I would never ever recommend working with a company that does not have the decency to let you know they can not complete a job after you spend so much time meeting with them and approving their proposal. Shameful.

Lauren, As the owner of the Awning Warehouse, I am sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience with my company.
I can assure you that we really do go to great lengths to try and make each and every customer very happy with working with The Awning Warehouse and that is the reason we have been in business for many years.
With that said, I do feel that it is unfair that you would give us a bad review.
We set an Appointment to come to your home for your free consultation and to go over your project.
The fact is that you never signed a contract with The Awning Warehouse and we never received a deposit toward your Awning project.
The way you are making it sound is that we accepted your Awning project, took a deposit, and did nothing for you.
This is simply not true. Yes, we quoted you a price for your Awning, but because we concluded at the end of our site visit that we felt uncomfortable installing the Awning on your stone façade. We both agreed that you would speak to the Contractor/Builder who built your building and explain how the Awning was going to be installed and if it was safe and strong enough and you would call us back.
The next time we heard from you, you called my office three weeks later in a fit of rage and unloaded on me which is wrong! We were waiting to hear back from you so we could more forward if the Builder said it was ok to install the Awning.
Please understand that the only way we can make a living is by selling and installing Awnings.
AWNINGS and only AWNINGS is what we do. We do not do roofing or windows or siding or construction. WE do one thing and we do it very well and as a matter of fact, Awning Warehouse makes and installs the Awnings unlike most companies that buy the Awning from companies like Awning Warehouse and then have the Awning installed.
This is why we, the Awning Warehouse has been in business so long and our prices are so low. WE literally cut out the middle man by making the Awnings ourselves so we can keep the prices so low. We build the Awnings in our state of the Art factory here in Brooklyn and we literally sew all of the canvass material tops ourselves.
I do feel that you must have us mixed up with a another Awning company that did not treat you properly.
I do wish you good luck with the birth of your child and also with your Awning Project.
IF you have any questions at all that I can be of help with, Please feel free to call or email me at any time.
Be well.

Originally purchased my awning from awning warehouse approx 15 years ago. Needed fabric replaced and instead of going back i used a no frills company not to name names the no frills company not to mention may have attributed to me needing a new motor but when i called them they came and said i need a new frame because they this motor was obsolete and would cost double what a new motor would go for.. I THEN CALLED AWNING WAREHOUSE AND SPOKE TO DOMINICK THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY WITH A BRAND NEW MOTOR I WAS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN NO MORE HEADACHES. THE OLD SAYING SAYS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND AWNING WAREHOUSE IS A 10 STAR COMPANY.
