Best experience at a nail salon, ever! Bo did my nails and was a fantastic conversationalist, I never once felt awkward during my visit. I felt taken care of, instead of rushed. Luckily, I walked in early enough to be the only person there.
The best nails currently has a special running Monday through Wednesday: $25 for a full set. Definitely prefer that over $30 or $35 at some of the other locations in danvers. And the quality was excellent!

When I lived in Danvers, I used to go to The Best Nails consistently and they did a phenomenal job every time. I went again after a year or two for a dip manicure and I was very disappointed. I had to explain the shape I was looking for several times (oval) as she kept trying to make them square. When I left, almost immediately one cracked. Within the next two days, two of the dip nails had totally come off in one piece. I called to come in to have the 3 nails fixed which they did. Within the next 5 days after the second appointment. The rest of my original nails popped off and one of the fixed nails, cracked. I called back to explain my frustration in hopes of a refund since I did not have time again that week to get my nails done. After a bit of back and forth, they texted me that they would give a 50% refund. On the 8th business day, I asked when I could expect my refund and they said within 5 business days. When I told them it had been longer than that, they told me to be patient and it would go in eventually. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I would not recommend this nail salon

I went in asking for dip, i went to this salon because my other one was out of the way, and this one was close by. although they turned out good, It was very aggressive . i left with one of my nails bleeding and 2 other cuts from filing. it was very quiet in there and I made appointment same day, as soon as i got there they took me. normally you would expect a discount after leaving 3 cuts that weren't there before you got the nails

The Best Nails always does an amazing job. They're able to get me in quickly, but my appointments are never rushed and I'm always happy with how my nails turn out. It's clean, great music, and awesome people. Definitely recommend!

Sadly I didn't have the best experience however, they brought me in day of which was super nice. It took a very long time for my dip nails (2 hours) and I got seated right away. My nails came out on the thicker side I think they did 6 dips total which made them very fake looking. They were nice people and tried to be super helpful but the pictures that are shown is not what you will get.

Nightmare on Elm Street!!! My hands were in desperate need of some TLC and it had been so long since I treated myself to getting my nails done so I mistakenly chose this place. Leesa shaped my nails to her liking of style (coffin nail) and also overrode my color choice. Leesa added WAY too much acrylic and when I asked her to thin it out and clean it up, she not only refused stating "they're acrylic, they're supposed to be dull" but she tried to make me come back at 6pm!! $85 full set plus $10 tip later to go to a 5 Star salon and have them fix her mistake. DO NOT waste your time or money at this salon!

Nails look nice but undersides are all very rough from improper filing. Nail tech Kim seemed more interested in other conversations rather than filing my nails and shaping them. The light curing machine was covered in polish and looked dirty which was surprising for how stringent the shop is with hand sanitizing and cleaning. Would likely go back to Belleza right down the road. Nothing special for the price.

I have been going here since they have redone the shop, I have always had Leesa the owner do my nails, I was very pleased and recommended them to all my friends, I made an appointment ten days ago with Leesa on the phone and when I went in for my appointment she said "her people " double booked her and wanted me to use someone else, I said no thanks, what a terrible way to do business, I walked down the street to Belliza nail bar, it's fantastic!!

Just walking into the salon I felt myself start to relax, Lily gave me such a great pedicure, this will be my go to place from now on! Leesa was so welcoming and kind when I went in, got me a bottle of water, the decor is beautiful and so clean!

I've never left a bad review- I make a concerted effort to leave good ones because it's my belief there is not enough good in the world and people who recognize others for - good. I think most who leave bad reviews are people easily insulted and will whine about - anything. However, in this case I'm speaking up and am encouraging you to take your business elsewhere. The pedicure and manicure are excellent but I was treated like a disgusting disease from the moment I called to make the appointment. The person on the phone had to no interest in listening to what I wanted done at my appointment. When I arrived I was welcomed as if I was in a gas station looking for directions on a remote road to nowhere.
I have my hair colored, well dressed, professionally tattooed eye brows and lip filler- obviously I try to take care of my appearance- BUT because I wasn't a "regular" - I seriously felt I should have started sweeping the floors with the others to "earn my keep" - but was herded to the "middle station" awaiting - whatever the person on the phone THOUGHT -I wanted! Again- I cannot criticize the pedicure or manicure- but hope those manicurists there wise up and move down the street- to wherever treats all customers as potential "regulars".
I genuinely had high hopes to return to Best Nails, but between being treated like hazardous waste, being asked to pay cash (at the last minute- with a credit card machine directly in front of me and no sign that says "cash only") and lack of interest in understanding customers requests I will never return. Please do not think this is a post attempting to gain a "freebie" or open a door for negotiation- I will not be back and will encourage others to try anywhere else other than Best Nails.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
