Margo Christophilis and Stasi Dragseth did a terrific job helping me sell my North Seattle house in November 2021. Because I'm a complete novice at this, I needed an experienced guide, as well as someone to encourage me to get things done when they needed to be done. Margo and her team were exactly what I needed. Always quickly responsive to any question I had, she was also proactive about checking in with me --- but never getting close to pestering me. Margo's team arranged for the house to be beautifully staged, and another team came in and produced a beautiful photo portfolio to help potential buyers get a feel for the place. If your house has some "fixit" issues, Margo's team knows good workers --- I should have listened to her more closely. Finally, Margo's team set up the escrow process so that it was completely effortless for me

We met Margo through referral from a friend. She helped us sell our home and buy another one around the same time. Shopping in the Puget sound area is stressful no matter if you're first-time home buyer or not. We valued Margo's honesty when it came to negotiating a deal and her persistence to sell our home for the price we wanted. Additionally, with our long set of must-haves for a new home, Margo was able to give us an idea of area we should look in and other criteria to consider when planning resale in future. A lot of agents we've worked with in the past seem to try to push off houses, but Margo shared her impressions (both good and bad of each house).
