If you're looking for a late night happy hour with cheap hookah this is an option. They play decent music and the server every time I have visited was nice. The happy hour options made it a good stop on my Thursday night out.

Salmon sliders were the best I've EVER had.
I'm visiting the DC area and was looking for a bite to eat. I'm usually really skeptical of salmon sliders because restaurants add a sauce to try to mask the fact that they're overdone - these were not those sliders. Kinda expensive to just be the two sliders on their own ($18 during happy hour), but the flavor was INCREDIBLE, so: worth it for me.
Vibe was nice, drinks were strong. Music (before the dj) was a nice volume. Definitely wanna go back before I leave.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - Ellaine J.MD, MD01014Sep 16, 2023
I wish I would've listened to the reviews. I went to district sports bar last night and there were only 2 tables seated in there. They were legit empty. We seat ourselves, there's no hostess, just a big man checking IDs. And we're sitting there for some time so I'm like "oh it's late maybe we have to go to the bar to get drinks" so I got to the bar to ask and the girl says "oh yes, we saw you. Someone is going to come over soon". Mind you she's texting and smoking hookah, not even paying us any mind. Long story short no one was coming to take our order so we looked up other bars and then left.

One of my coworkers told me about this spot cause I'm about that fat Tuesday life and vouched that the daiquiri was on point........ they was right. They also do a all you can eat brunch for about $40. My chicken and waffles was good just wished I had more but that's a fat boy problem. Pssst.....if you check in on yelp you get a free shot.... not the plastic bottle shot . Got myself casamigo..... You're welcome.

Last night was my first time visiting this place. I liked the venue and the vibe, but the service was TERRIBLE!!! I don't understand why a place would have happy hour specials and barely serve anybody. I ordered wings and never got them. The drinks were mediocre. They were understaffed and the two lil staff they had didn't know what to do. Don't go in there!!!!

$19 for a burger I could have gotten from a tailgate or backyard bbq. $8 for a bud light. No beers on tap. To make matters worse, they kept running out of beer bottles. I'd order one beer and they said that was the last they had of it. I was getting exploited + sold beer I didn't even want to drink. Do not come to this place unless you're into getting shafted.

Discovered this place while walking to my car and decided to walk in. What a spacious new venue to be near U St.
I tried the chicken sandwich, fries, and a cocktail. All beyond delicious. I did have to wait a while for my meal and I was the only customer. They made up for it with a delicious meal. I definitely recommend supporting this business though because they are new, very spacious, and the food was great. They also have a late night HH that's reasonably priced. I will definitely be back soon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shade B.Washington, DC011Nov 23, 2021
Tl;dr: DO NOT eat here. Again, if you're savvy enough to care about reviews, just go somewhere else to eat. Seriously... you're basically on U street and next to several other establishments with edible food.
My experience: I walked in, sat down and after waiting 15 mins had to go up to the waitress to request food. She said she'd come back to take my order and after another 15 mins never did. So again I hunt her down to place my order. Then I ask for my food to-go, they lazily mention that they don't have to-go plates with blank stares at me.... like, improvise. Eventually we settle for foil. There were many other issues like the rank smell, length of cook time, apathetic staff, exorbitant pricing ($18 for a burger without fries, 20% fee disguised as 'tax') BUT TO TOP IT OFF I get home and this is what I open/bite into... a hockey puck of a burger with a thick burnt crust that was absolutely inedible... and fries with enough salt to send you into a cardiac arrest. Both of these items came to a total of ($27)... I'm not opposed to spending money on food... but when the quality is this poor it's infuriating.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Naya F.Owings Mills, MD668Jan 7, 2022
Came here on a Tuesday night for a free comedy show. Limited drink menu, but decent service. Basic sports bar. Not sure I'd return for a meal?
