I came in to get my puppies first hair cut, they reduced it down to the puppy trim and her hair is still super long! I spent $40 for absolutely nothing because the problem is she needs her hair CUT. I asked when they can do an actual hair cut and they said we just recommend you keep bringing them in for a trim. I am not continuing to spend $40 if my dogs hair is not being cut. Huge scam. Now I have to find somewhere to cut my dogs hair. I am back to square 1.

We loved brining our pups here. They always did so well with them. Unfortunately Petsmart closed this location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent pet grooming service at your store. Firstly, the staff exhibited a very poor attitude, showing no friendliness towards both me and my pet. My requests were completely ignored, and it seemed like they had no regard for my pet's needs.

What frustrated me even more was the extremely careless grooming they performed on my dog. They did not follow my instructions at all, instead opting to groom based on their own ideas, which resulted in a highly unsatisfactory outcome. To my disbelief, they even shaved off all the fur without my consent.

I believe that a pet grooming shop should provide professional services and respect customer preferences. The quality of service and attitude at your store left me deeply disappointed, and I will never patronize your establishment again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I hope you can improve the quality of your service to better meet your customers' needs.

My old English Sheepdog was skunked while I was in town from California. I was shocked the Groomery was opened on Labor Day but thrilled it was opened. I can't thank the awesome groomer, Lilli for her expert grooming to exit that horrible skunk odor! Very very pleasant environment and professional!

This review comes with mixed emotions. I've used them several times for dog cut/nail grinding and pleased with service & convenience. Our dog finally had his first COVID cut. Their social distancing policy was great. When I booked my appointment I didn't pay attention to the groomer assigned due to past positive experience. When I picked up my dog they quickly gave him to me, no discussion of how his cut went.

Upon arriving at home I noticed blood all over my seat and that night my dog bled a lot from a nail, it's pretty severe. I'm talking drops of blood 1/2"+. They NEVER acknowledged they did this or apologized at pick-up!

I then replied to the PetSmart email to rank my service explaining my concern and provided images. It's been several days and NO acknowledgement, that's bad on another level. Today we're several days past the incident and I noticed my dog is bleeding all over again after a short walk. This wasn't a light knick but severe where his quick is hanging out exposed. This type of thing happening is why I don't cut his nails and entrusted them.

This rating is because they couldn't acknowledge they hurt my dog and were given two attempts.

This was a peasant surprise. I want sure given they only have two reviews and that it's a part of Petsmart instead of an independent shop. But I was super pleased. The groomers were all very communicative, my dogs were happy and looked great afterwards. The people working there seemed to be supportive of one another and collaborative. I figure if it's a good work environment, it will be a good environment for the dogs. Michael, Camden, and Nicole were all phenomenal. Would highly recommend all of them!

Very friendly staff, experienced groomers! I come frequently to use the $10 self wash stations. We have a private groomer that we love but last year brought my pup in for emergency grooming after he had encountered some terrible burrs the day before. The manager Kimber and her staff were so accommodating and he looked so great, so much better then I had anticipated given the burr situation. Today we walked in for a between groom touch up and they fit us right in: nails, feet, sani, and face all done quickly and for a very reasonable price! They also have a small selection of treats, toys and products for sale.

Very friendly staff, Efficient, reasonably priced and most importantly very caring with the pets in their care.
