I was lied to , and my suit was dropped for unknown reason . Why they take my cash just to drop after the deposition. Oh yes 3 attorneys flew up here from la mercury insurance and presto bamo,

And finally I got him on fone and he said well I can't do this case because blubbeblubbublabber blub
He dint want to finish it because the probability

I was so not getting my 190,000.00 to rebuild my shop disgrace and I will be wrighting the BAR

I called this law firm and left a message, It was eventually returned and after we established there was no conflict of interest and I started explaining my case {which is complicated} but good - the secretary told me the attorney she worked for had a full calendar and didn't have time to take my case. I have a hearing (case management} in December and a bench trial in February. I'm looking for a 2nd opinion, not necessarily a substitution of attorney. The next day a different secretary who worked for another attorney in the firm called me and as soon as I told her I had already been contacted she ended the conversation saying the attorney she works for couldn't help me. She just assumed it was not a good case or there was a conflict of interest and that was the reason the first attorney couldn't help me. If the support staff screens potential clients without actually listening to the facts I assume the people they work for do the same thing. The only redeeming factor was Nessa who works for Fred E., called me again to refer me to the attorney referral service as that would be a good source for a 2nd opinion. I will never call this firm again.
