Jane B.Lexington-Fayette, KY01Dec 21, 2023Updated reviewUpdate for Jeff, I briefly explained to the first employee in a response email. It seems that perhaps this was not shared with you. This and a few other actions indicate that communication is lacking among your agency. If the insurance industry is "in turmoil" as you stated, you would think your agency would want it's employees to follow through what what they stated, rather than a rude call to state that you would not sell a policy unless it is bundled.

Thank you Jane for your review. I am disappointed in it as it does not tell the entire details of the issue you mention. I left a message on your voicemail for a return call. The insurance marketplace is in turmoil right now. Some carriers (not us as agents for the carriers) require that the auto and the home be bundled. We saved you $2156 a year over your Liberty Mutual auto and home policies. We saved you another $200+ on another policy you asked us to quote. We were excited to help you! We care! When you decided to place your auto insurance elsewhere, it changed the bundled status and the opportunity. We are insurance advisors. We care about you and advise you on the coverages needed to protect you financially. Not all polices are the same from company to company so price should not be the sole consideration. It's hard to advise you if your insurance with us is with multiple carriers and multiple agencies. Again, thank you for the opportunity and I look forward to speaking with you soon when you return my call.
Dec 19, 2023Previous reviewThe first employee that I spoke with was helpful, however the second time I called it seemed as if they didn't want to deal with my quote. It went downhill from there. Ultimately they did not want my business. Don't bother calling this agency!
