Couldn't have been more impressed with The JillTed Florist. It was the smoothest and easiest process from from beginning to end ie: putting in the order, having them help me figure out what specifically to get to make sure it was perfect, ease of payment on the phone as well as delivery (as it was delivered on time and exactly during the time frame we discussed) and the end result was incredible!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and my mother in law is beyond elated with what she received (photo attached for reference).

She said that the arrangement couldn't have been more perfect and it made for the perfect Mother's Day gift.

In regards to customer service, or should I say in addition to the comments above... I wanted to give extra recognition to this company as I had four different flower arrangement order that I had put in for Mothers Day at four different locations due to where they all needed to go (I prefer to work with local companies whenever I can). The three other orders that I placed were in Texas arrived on Saturday and I completely forgot that The JillTed Florist said that they could deliver on Sunday for Mother's Day (unlike the 3 other companies who needed to deliver early on Saturday due to being closed on Sunday). Of course, I initially freaked out and thought that they weren't delivered as I hadn't heard from my mother in-law by Saturday at 5pm and got a little nervous and decided to go head and send the company a quick email asking if they would be delivered later on Saturday or if I had done something incorrectly and if they could let me know it would make me feel a lot better. In less than a few hours they kindly responded and apologize for any confusion and let me know that they were delivering them Sunday as was originally discussed and said that if they were supposed to deliver it on Saturday they were utterly apologetic. However it was definitely not on them, it was on me as I didn't remember correctly but they were so unbelievably kind and patient in regards to not blaming me in their reply and letting me know what they had in their system for reference. They definitely hold a high sense of urgency when it came to responding to concerns even when it's a holiday with high volume orders and I can't tell you how much it made me feel more at ease once I received their reply and realized it was my error and it was good to go for the next day. They were so on top of it!

I would have to say that they are utterly exemplary when it comes to customer satisfaction on all accounts (and that comes from someone who worked in the retail/ hospitality industry for 8+ years and knows what it's like to be on the receiving end of concerns).

Lastly, pricing for both the arrangement as well as the delivery fee was more than reasonable which was great!

Amazing florist! So far beyond my expectations! I called the JillTed Florist after being impressed with their reviews and looking for a local florist to send flowers to my mom for Mother's Day. I explained what I was looking for, gave them a budget and that was it. The quality, size and beauty is amazing! My mom sent me a picture the minute it arrived. She guessed what florist it was from because apparently I ordered from "the only florist in Pinellas County you should ever go to" (her words). Thank for the amazing service and for wowing my Mom on a Mother's Day I cant be with her.

I would give you 6 stars if I could! Most beautiful flowers I've ever seen, much less ordered! The picture shows that they were still good as new over a week later. You have a new loyal customer in me. Keep up the great work!

I have used this florist for numerous occasions sending flowers to my wife. I have gone to the shop and ended up ordering directly from excellent and knowledgeable staff. They are very professional and courteous. I also use the you online process regularly and it is very easy and smooth. They have various selections and my wife is very pleased with their presentation and the freshness of the flowers. The prices are reasonable and I have never been unhappy with the end result. In my experience this is one of the best florists In Pinellas County, Florida.

Wow, so pleased with JillTed Florist! Ordered online from Virginia after a friend recommended them. Flowers were for my mother in laws 90 birthday. Took a chance and ordered the $50 special which is their choice . Beautiful flowers, beautiful color combination, creative, unique arrangement! Delivery fee was totally reasonable too! Forget ftd.com or flowers.com.

Excellent local family run shop. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking in back. Easily accessible from Ft Harrison. Flowers are beautiful and last for days ( unlike local large grocery store flowers ) Highly recommended.

Ted and his staff were amazing! Not only did they give specialized one on one service for me for our daughter's wedding but they went above and beyond to text pictures and ask questions so we got more than we ever dreamed of! Her wedding truly would not have been as special if it were not for the amazing floral arrangements that this team provided!
