The Key Man is AMAZING! After being ghosted by several other locksmiths due to the uniqueness of my key (Saabs are no long manufactured so their parts are tricky to source), he was able to repair the key fob for my Saab 9-3 and make me another spare as well. Locksmiths are never cheap, but his prices are affordable for what he offers. He comes to you and has a full mobile setup and is very quick and responsive - no BS. He was recommended to me by my boyfriend and dad, who drive a Ford Focus and Pontiac G6 respectively, as he was previously able to replace their keys within 15 minutes. A true professional, will always go to him if I need a locksmith.

I called this company because I was locked out of the house and needed the services of a locksmith. The person I talked to stated that he would inform the guy who would do the work in that part of town. Guess what?! No one ever called me. Not original VW fob, but replacement key is of high quality. Saved time and money. Less expensive than dealership and service provided same day. I would have had to wait a week or more for fob to arrive at dealership.

This guy (Idan B - aka "The Key Man") is AMAZING.

I had two vehicles with the "remote key-fob dongles" that controlled everything. One old key fob broke (after 7 years), the other vehicle only had a single key fob (and I was not looking forward to locking myself out of the truck).

I called around several San Antonio locksmiths and got pricing. (The Dealer Service prices were Crazy-Expensive! $$$$.)

Many of the small locksmiths could work on "normal" locks, but not the "fancy" remote key fobs. They needed to know the vehicle type, make, model, and VIN in order to determine if they had the equipment to work on it.

Idan B was able to handle both vehicles without breaking a sweat. He has the regular tools for any physical lock (key blanks, cutting machines, etc.) as well as the computer and technical gear to easily fix up or replace a remote key fob.

I'm a Techie Nerd - so I hung around and watched. There was no "show", no "drama" - just a smart guy running some cool technology to re-configure my vehicles for the new key fobs.

Idan has been doing this for a dozen years AND he has grown his business and his knowledge to match any of the current/high-tech locks that are available today.

He was Prompt. On-time. Provided a meet time/date - AND - provided a 10-minute ETA so I would be ready. And you cannot mistake his bright-green "Key Man" van!

His services were fast, professional, COVID-protected, and he delivered exactly what we agreed to.

This guy is legit. After the first review, used again car to my house 730pm and made some keys and replaced the one that was faulty. Any time I need something with keys/locks I will go with him!
