I dropped my watch the first day I wore it and was devastated because I badly chipped the face of my Skagen watch. The Little Watch Shop was able to replace the glass/crystal face much more quickly and at an affordable price then mailing it back to the manufacturer. The work was done well. Glad I brought my watch here!

I brought in a recently inherited vintage Hamilton watch to clean it up and switch out the slinky watch band for a nice leather one (I was losing a lot of arm hair). The woman who helped me was warm, attentive, and relatively knowledgeable. I picked a $60 crocodile strap from a selection of about 40 brown straps ranging from $20 to $200. They could not buff the deep scratches out, which did not surprise me, but they did offer to replace the crystal for $65, which I did not realize was an option. They could switch out the watch strap immediately, but the process to replace the crystal took a couple days to ensure the hands could move unhindered.
They called to notify me it was ready a couple working days later. The costs were exactly as stated when I dropped it off, $125 total + tax, and the only surprise was how well the watch turned out. It looks like new! I will happily bring any further watch business to the team at The Little Watch Shop.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ingrid H.Minneapolis, MN754Aug 26, 2016
I love this little shop! I've had them replace watch batteries and resize bands and the service is really quick and friendly. And I just love the feel of this shop, it seems like a family business and a small town shop. It gives me a warm feeling to spend time in there and watch them work. I enjoy browsing the jewelry they have for sale while waiting the few minutes for my watches to be done.
As for price, they have charged me $13.50 to replace my watch batteries, but I believe this varies based on the type of watch/battery.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - David T.Houston, TX06Jan 5, 2019
Needed to get my battery replaced on a watch. I walked in, handed it over, and 5 minutes later (literally) done. It was all very professional and very affordable. I especially appreciated that they took the time to set the watch to the right time as well. They're polite, knowledgeable and have some great clocks for sale there too. Will definitely return.

Can I tell you that is a great place to bring your Jewlery or watches. I came in today to size a watch, and the services was quick! The staff is very nice and helpful! I didn't plan to make a purchase, but I have been looking for a watch that I lost and this place found it! They called a watch dealer and had it in stock. I placed a order and I am super glad that I came here!

Very nice and polite. I had some basic watches that no one locally in my area wanted to replace the batteries. They took about 10 minutes to replace the batteries on three watches. They informed me that they put a code on every battery and use it to guarantee a one-year warranty on their batteries. The whole experience was very quick, polite, and professional.

Great place to get battery changed or a new band for a watch. Customer service is amazing and they take about 10 minutes to do everything in a timely manner (get it? Haha) I'll be coming back all the time when I need something. Ask for Shawn, she's great!

I love this place. It reminds me of the old shops seen in the movies, a quaint little house on the corner. I've gotten watch batteries, had string of pearls restrung, had several of my jewelry pieces repaired, even purchased small pieces to do some repairs on my own. They have a good selection of watches in addition to a few gift-type items. Service has been great. The repairs are done in open view so you can see that everyone is working.
