The sweetest shop. I've been coming for years and they do a fabulous job on any jewelry repairs.

This is a great shop and to me the best of small business possibilities. I have been here on errands for the boss but when my wall clock died I wanted it fixed even if it cost more than the clock did.
It did not and I consider it money very well spent to have our big box store find for our first apartment restored. They even cleaned it and with that rope trim that was no small thing. Highly recommend!!

Found this place that can replace watch batteries and decided to try them out. Their parking is a bit limited. We brought in multiple watches and they charged $13.50 each for a regular watch battery replacement. They took about 10-15 minutes to change. The inside is not that big with only two chairs if you needed to wait. They do have other jewelry/watches there for sale if you wanted to walk around and look while you're waiting for your repairs. Overall, if I needed a watch battery replacement, this is a solid option in the area.

So happy we found this place. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially a young man that works there. I believe his name is Ivan.

He fixed my son's power Ranger watches. Wonderful repair. He went out of his way to make the repairs and make my son happy.

Wow! Excellent service. I brought in my GF watches to get new batteries for all 5. They were done like in 10 minutes. They all work now and with a 1 year warranty. We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much! It's great to see that old school customer service. Super polite and they explain everything to you up front. Price and everything. I highly recommend them. Yes! go there!

Awesome little shop (literally) that was a beehive of activity. I'm relatively new to Houston but obviously this business has a lot of regulars keeping them hopping. They were very friendly and turned around 6 watches needing batteries and another needing some cosmetic work in a couple hours. Would definitely go there again.

They were fast, friendly and competent replacing a battery in my beat up old favorite fishing watch for $13 while I waited for ten minutes. They sure had a stream of friendly customers they seemed to know very well while I was in there. I'd give 'em a try again based on the ambience and just the friendly smell of competence around the joint.
