The Mac Guy

I needed help with some problems that were caused by a recent software upgrade on my Mac. I found info on The Mac Guy on Yelp and scheduled an appointment with Doug. What a great experience...he responded immediately and scheduled an appointment...arrived on time and quickly got everything taken care of and even took the extra steps of checking and cleaning up anything else that needed to be done. I had dreaded the thought of spending hours on the phone with Apple Support...I highly recommend him!!!

My iMac had been in storage for a year (long story). When I finally got it back up and running, my wifi and internet wouldn't connect. For two weeks, I tried just about every online self-help video and the Apple community with limited success. Doug the Mac Guy was able to get everything working again in about 45 minutes. Techy terms are like a foreign language to me, but Doug was able to explain what he was doing and why in simple terms as well as what I can do to troubleshoot in the future. Highly recommend!

The Mac Guy is amazing. He came to our house to help with issues on both Apple and Windows machines. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave us easy, inexpensive solutions for both. He solved an issue that even the Apple support team couldn't figure out. I recommend him for his knowledge, customer service, and honest candid analysis.

If you need your Mac repaired Chris is the only one to deal with. His Knowledge is exceptional.He's one of the few remaining authorized Apple repair shops in town and his relationship with Apple, who's stores are all closed now due to the virus, is exceptional. It was a one and a half day turnaround to have a brand new hard drive installed. Had I sent it in to Apple on my own it would've been a minimum of three weeks. Thx For the excellent service Chris

Doug did a great job. He promptly responded to my request for an in house service call.
Call was scheduled and doug arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problems, solved them , set up home wireless network and was on his way. Great service at a great price. Highly recommended.
