The very efficient and very pleasant experience I had yesterday at The Mail Shoppe restored my faith in personalized customer service.

Great customer service and shipping suggestions. Parking is challenging sometimes though worth it.

I have been in Ann Arbor resident for 54 years. I have been using this business for at least 30 years. I would not go anywhere else ever. This is your go to Mail Shop.

Have never ever dealt with a more disorganized, completely incompetent shipping and handling company EVER! DO NOT USE. Your package has a 75% chance of not getting to where you want it to go. If they cannot give a simple price for a package being shipped to a specific address, and all the info, they should go work for UPS and figure out how it works. Never ever ever!

I've been using The Mail Shoppe as my place to receive mail and packages for over two years and I cannot say enough great things about this little local shop. The customer service is amazing. They are knowledgeable and friendly every time I stop in. They are accessible - there's parking in the back. It's also a huge perk to not stand in long lines at the post office or UPS store. Love having this little place as my go-to to send and receive mail and packages.

This place is a little improvised; it feels like someone started a shipping business in their living room, repurposed a whiteboard for the price list, and started doing tons of business. The speed and care are truly off the chart for this industry--- they actually know you have choices and want return customers.

I've always walked past this and gandered as it's a mail room in an old house, complete with front porch, and so simply decided to give it a go one day.

Holy cow I was in and out in a minute! When ever I've gone to the post office I've always had to wait a bit in line but here I literally walked to the counter, handed over my stuff, and walked out. The staff was helpful, the interior a whole lot cleaner than I expected, and the shoppe took care of both US Mail and UPS shipping. What could be better?

I wish there were MORE stars to award!! In this day and age of non existent customer service, this place ranks superior in it's field. This place literally saved the day for my family when lousy Fedex dropped the ball. This is a company that clearly gets what good customer service is all about, going above and beyond in coming to my daughter's rescue on her graduation weekend. Friendly, efficient, caring and generous with their service, I will always remember how kind and considerate they were to us when we thought we had no options to turn to. Please use the MAIL SHOPPE and tell them the Burton Family sent ya!!
