Got gifted a 60 min. session for my bday with the hot stones + calming oil and couldn't have chosen a better line up myself. Calm vibes, very clean space, and my masseuse was awesome and made my first experience very comfortable/professional. Would definitely book here again

I have been a handful of times and the massages have been average. I initially was excited to go here based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the last time I went, I received the worst massage of my life. I went in for relaxation and was clear on the reason I made an appointment and walked out feeling worse that I went in. The entire massage was painful and not relaxing as the massage therapist was rough and worked on my skin more than muscles (it felt link pinching and lack of massage oil). I know that I should have spoken up, but failed to do so. I was literally flinching and in pain, but that did not deter her. I also want to make it clear that I am not a wimp when it comes to massages, I actually like deep pressure, but that was not what was happening in my session. I would not have written this review had I not had experienced an ongoing issues since the massage. She was pressing so hard into my skin and my elbows, that I believe she damaged a nerve in my elbow. The pain has now been there for several weeks since the massage and it hurts when I try to lift things or move my arm a certain way. I now have an appointment with my physician to get it checked out.

I will never return and can not recommend this place.

First time here, amazing customer service and even better massage. The studio is super cozy and relaxing. I will be back!

Fantastic experience. First of all, I love online booking and this was super easy. I had a 30 minute massage with Matt and he worked some serious magic on my back, neck & shoulders in that time frame. The whole atmosphere is soothing and comfortable. I don't live in Cinci, but visit often, and I will definitely be back.

Very pleased with this business! Booking was quick and easy, parking is free, and I was met by my masseuse - Jennifer - right when I walked in. The space is relaxing and Jennifer put me at ease right away. She was the only one working at Thant time and had a bit of a delay because of a previous client in the waiting room - as soon as she came in she explained what happened and made sure I knew the minutes I waited would be added to my treatment, which I so appreciated. She then proceeded to do some seriously amazing work on my back - I explained the pain and concerns I had and she not only targeted those issues well but even explained the anatomy she was working through with me. I learned a lot, and felt I really had someone who was trained in what would help instead of just mushing my shoulders a bit and then letting me leave. We had a fantastic talk the whole time (I like chatting, so this was my preference but they're happy to do quiet massages if you prefer that), and I left feeling great. I've signed up for their monthly service based on this experience and am looking forward to my next appointment!

Best massage I've ever had. I signed up online, and was in the building within the hour. My massage therapist was able to figure out my pressure points really quickly and helped reduce the tension in shoulders. Great experience. I would go back for sure.

I went to the Massage Studio for the first time and was very impressed. Booking an appointment was easy, and they took off 20% automatically for being a new customer. Parking is free and easy, and the check in process was quick. Nicole did a fantastic job. I've had a handful of professional massages before but I think this was the best. She also did a great job listening to what I wanted and customizing the massage to me. Will definitely come back!!

Jason is BY FAR the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. I met Jason when he was working at a local chiropractor's office a few years back and his miracle hands did wonders on my extremely stiff back. He has an incredible touch and is excellent at putting the right amount of pressure in the right spots. Most massage therapists are simply unable to put the amount of pressure I needed, but this was never an issue for him.

Jason's new place is wonderful. He's got a room that is laid out beautifully and well appointed to help his clients relax and enhance the session - light music, warm table/blankets, hot towels, aromatherapy... you name it, he's got it.

I cannot recommend Jason and The Massage Studio enough. Try him - you won't be disappointed.
