To be sure.. To be sure..
Great place, great feel, great choice of food and alcoholic beverages !!
It's cosy, yet a huge venue if that makes sense? The fireplace was lit, Irish memorabilia around.
The menu had great Irish classics like, beef and Guinness pie with mushy peas and chips, mixed grill, pork and cabbage and so on and so on.
When the food came, I was impressed by the portions and the quality of food - very happy with our local pub I would say :)
Great service and definitely caters for large groups.
Love a good Irish pub and this one has given my tick of approval :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Tiffany F.East Bay, CA434370517Oct 3, 2018
This is your classic Aussie Irish style pub, connected to a bottle shop and frequented by tradies and a mix of all ages.
A decent selection of beers on tap but not much for craft beer lovers. I've come a few times now for Wednesday quiz night and the hosts put on a good game with great question selection that can appeal to a diverse group of interests.
The menu is huge, and they do a good job of offering good pub classics as well as vegetarian and gluten free dishes.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Daniel W.Perth, Australia627Apr 16, 2019
the classic aussie irish pub, guiness on tap of course as well as a good range of other international and aussie brews.
The food tho - wowee, great range, super tasty and very well priced. Well worth a stop in.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lisa C.Richmond, Australia7676178Dec 7, 2015
The Mighty Quinn is somewhat my local watering hole.
While I'm not a fan of it as a bar (even though I am Irish), the food is top quality!
Last night, I had the Chicken Supreme and it was amazing, it is now my favourite dish from the menu so far! My foodie friend had the Pie and it went down a treat! Both dishes were rather large and definitely value for money.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Megan S.Australia2404683Mar 28, 2012
I always remember hearing my friends parents talking about "remember that time at the mighty Quinn" and wondering what the hell they were talking about and where on Earth could this mighty place be found.
Turns out it had been under my nose for many years driving past it frequently. It doesn't stand out being under the shade of a big tree with only its attached bottle shop sticking out from the shadows.
I ventured in about noon on a work day and the place was fairly empty. The inside of the pub is a huge oblong room with green walls and beautiful tree stumpy varnished tables. The restaurant has no walls blocking it off from the rest of the bar.
Drinks aren't as steep as most pubs which is a great sight and they have a good variety of cider including Bulmers of course.
My favourite part is the outside seating area with old Alice and wonderland posters and curving bench tops and a shaded seating area which is very attractive. I would have to wait till I see the night life here to be able to comment on whether this place really is mighty but all in all it is a pleasant pub.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Katie M.Yokine, Australia533261Apr 22, 2012
As the Mighty Quinn is our closest pub I thought we better check it out.
We went about 7.30pm on a Saturday night and the carpark was packed! We luckily managed to get a table where we looked at the wide range of foods available. There was some standard pub fare available but also some more involved meals - a great range which made it very hard to choose what to have! I settled on the lamb shanks with mash and it was a huge serve! The meat was falling off the bone and the minted gravy over the top was so yummy. Though the serve was huge I couldn't stop eating as it was so yummy! At $20 it was amazing value. My sister ordered the rack of lamb and it was also impressive. It had a crispy top which was amazing. My brother in law had the seafood platter and there was a great range of seafood on it including salmon and chilli mussels. He was very impressed and wasn't able to eat it all. Food came out very quickly even though the pub was packed.
There are a wide range of tap beers and they have Bulmers on tap. Wine list was fairly substantial for a pub and reasonably priced (about $30 a bottle). I was surprised at how reasonably priced the Guinness was - $7.80 for a pint!
They had a live band when we visited and they were really good - gave it a great (but noisy) atmosphere.
Decor wise it is large and a fairly stock standard Irish pub. They have an outside area on Wanneroo Road which always looks packed - would be nice on a summers day.
Though the decor isn't great the food is impressive and good value. It has a nice friendly vibe with people of all ages and we'll definitely be back.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sorcha M.Western Australia, Australia48280540Dec 9, 2011First to Review
The Mighty Quinn is a great big open space of a pub. It's an Irish bar, so you're guaranteed to see the usual type of clientele that frequents these kinds of places - all burnt skin and mismatchedshorts and t-shirts, but good craic all the same.
I wouldn't go here on a night out (particularly because it closes pretty early), but it's a great place to watch a match of any sort, and a nice atmosphere to stay for a few drinks and some food after.
There is a timber-decked outdoor area, but it's not great for soaking up the sun as it's pretty shaded.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John A.Brisbane, Australia41250757Jul 6, 2014
The Mighty Quinn is certainly well placed on Wanneroo Rd and draws a lot of workers at knock off time. The couple of visits I have had have been less than an average experience. The food was fairly well priced with standard pub grub and a good range of tap beers. The decor is generally grubby with then entrance floor a sight that shouldn't be seen again. The Quinn is a place to have a beer, then leave, not a place for a nice meal with your partner.

For my first yelp review thought I would check out the local pub. First thing to notice on the walk thru the car park is that it is packed, but inside there is enough space for all.
Plenty of bar staff so not a long wait to be served. Good range too.
Had the steak with veggies, presentation was nice and serving size was decent.
The food was nice but not the greatest steak I have ever had, not sure what their specialty is though.
Stayed to watch the end of the football game, general atmosphere was friendly, plenty of people there so back ground noise loud. Would go back again to watch a game or just to try something different on the menu which had some variety for a pubHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
