Got reduced rate on commission on selling Since going to represent on buying end also commission credit is as discussed but suddenly informed me he decides not to give a commission credit on my new purchase when were entering a purchase contract He should have told me upfront from the beginning in my opinion NOT after the search no credit on commission for new purchase .Just the facts as I see it

Justin Miller helped me get into my first home, and then a second, then a third. I remember back before I met him, I kept hitting roadblock after roadblock in trying to get into my first home -- I felt like I was getting led around on a wild goose chase... couldn't find the right house, couldn't find a lender willing to work with me, and very nearly ended up buying the wrong house in the wrong neighborhood.

Then I met Justin, and he helped make all of the pieces fall into place. He got me into the right house in the right neighborhood with the right lender, then after we moved in, he hooked me up with a fantastic electrician and landscaper. This man's mental Rolodex is DEEP. Justin came through so much for us that we called upon him again for my 2nd and 3rd homes -- consistent excellence each and every time.

I'm definitely planning on continuing to use Justin's services for any future RE transactions whether it's buys, sales, or property management. This man is a rockstar.

We've never sold a house and we really had no idea what to expect. We found The Miller Group through a friend and the first time they came to our home, we immediately knew we'd found the right realtor.
 
As soon Nick and his team walked in the door, we felt comfortable with them. They walked around with us, asked the right questions and answered all the ones we had in ways that were easy for us to understand. We decided to go with them before they'd ever left the house.
 
Once we got the process started, they went at our pace. Every single follow up and interaction with Nick and anyone else from the team was kind, informative and professional.
 
During the process my mom passed away and the way this company took care of my dad was heartwarming to say the least. They found the movers, the folks to haul away the junk, a wonderful cleaning crew and I'm guessing they did a million other things behind the scenes that we aren't even aware of.
 
All we had to do was take what we wanted and leave the rest. They sorted through everything else to determine what was trash and what was able to be donated.
 
We ended up with an all cash offer that was higher than expected, no inspection and a 5 day closing. I can't say enough good things about our experience. My father, sister and myself all feel the same way. It was a privilege to work with you guys. Thanks a million.

If you are looking for a realtor to just help you sell or buy a home....look somewhere else. There are plenty out there who will care right up until you decide you actually aren't yet prepared to buy. Then you'll never hear from them again.
If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, kind, transparent, and actually cares (and seemingly never sleeps!)....get with Justin and his amazing staff. We engaged Justin early and then realized we just didn't have the money to buy where we wanted. Not only was he agreeable, he never stopped checking in with us, discussing options, reviewing mortgage rates, etc. Justin is a savvy realtor and business-person who is well known for being a great guy to work with. He does just enough to keep you in the hunt without overdoing it like some realtors do.
Lastly, Justin has a team of awesome associates who make you feel special and also really care about helping you through the sometimes stressful process of buying/selling a home. There must be something in the water at their office, because they are all good people.
I have close friends who I've known for thirty years who are exceptional realtors who I trust.
