Really good barbershop with classic gentlemens decor and products! The service is first thing you'll notice as all of the staff are accommodating and friendly. The barber took their time to give me a great skin-fade and consulted me throughout the sitting and the hot towel to finish was also a nice experience. The price relative to the attention to detail is well worth it and I definitely will go back regularly.

Don't be fooled by the nice looking shop.

I came in earlier this week and had a REALLY poor quality haircut. I've rarely had a barber put so little effort into a cut.

I've been given a lopsided skinfade and when cutting the top it was a hash job, just cutting anything in any direction without thought. I would have been better doing it myself.

As I noticed from the customers before me, this places puts pressure on people to give five star reviews which for a first haircut, is extremely desperate.

The barber also made the price of the haircut up for the customer before me and for myself, charging us a different number to what's on the price list.

Sneaky all round. If you're going to push new customers to give a five star review then put five star effort in or you'll get more reviews like this.

Upmarket, yet reasonably priced, barber's shop with a style all of its own. Retro fittings give the place a cosy and welcoming feel. Friendly guys running it. Traditional barbering including wet shaves with cutthroat razors. Music at a level which allows conversation. A more personal service than the chain barbershops.

      Handy for parking your bike!

I'm going to have to strongly disagree with the previous review as this was comfortably the worst haircut I've had in my adult life. Coming second place to the bowl my mother used to cut my hair as a child. This was the worst waste of 22 pounds I have ever experienced. The barber from the moment go gave me the most aggressive and frankly atrocious haircut whilst proceeding to destroy my hair which took a few years to grow and at which point the barber decided on how I should style myself and cut to his liking. I would recommend never setting foot in this place as I can recommend a lot of places that will do a better job for 22 pounds. Namely. Anywhere else within a mile radius of that shop and then a sandwich with the remaining change.
