The atmosphere is beautiful, and pristinely cleaned. Charming to know it once was a train station that they've made into a restaurant. The train passed by a few times, which was a delightful treat.
The service was excellent, our waiter was very patient with 3 pre-teen girls who wanted to eat everything from steamed clams to steak!
The food was delicious and very generous in portions.
Will definitely be back with friends!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 345105Nov 2, 2023
Came with a party of 6 on a Sunday evening for a birthday because of conflicting schedules - hosts were accommodating when calling the restaurant. The server was kind & accommodating as well.
Appetizers: calamari & escarole & beans
Members had various entrees but definitely recommend the lasagna & the bolognese! The tortellini was a bit bland, but all portions were generous and made great leftovers. Told the host about a birthday & our dessert order & the servers were discrete in presenting the dessert which made for a great surprise!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Mar 2, 20241 check-in
We stopped in for lunch and had an amazing experience. The building itself is a transformed train station; what a wonderful job with excellent decor. The building is sectioned off into 3 different parts-1. Takeout, 2. Bar area, 3. Dining area. We were in the dining area for lunch.
What an excellent lunch. We started off with the cod croquettes, which were absolutely delicious. The croquettes were silky smooth and served with some sort of corn chimichurri mix. So good! For lunch I had the steak grinder with sweet potato fries and my girlfriend had the chorizo. Both our meals were excellent. The service was top notch, we definitely will be coming back for dinner.Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 10Oh no 0 - Mar 25, 20241 check-in
10/10 would recommend! We went for my grandfathers birthday and were not disappointed. Fantastic food served by a professional and courtesy staff. We will definitely be dining here again!

Place is nice with a vintage feel and decor but everything was mediocre. The drinks the food...all could use more attention.

Very cute place, set in the old train station. We ordered chicken marsala, a monk fish dish , pasta with clams, and a chicken special. The food was decent. Half of the group was very impressed and the other half said it was just okay. Which is why I'm giving four stars. But we will definitely go back and try some different dishes.
There's also a nice outdoor area for warmer weatherHelpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 4845167Oct 19, 2023Updated review
The ambiance is nice, the restaurant is inside of what used to be a train station. Hence, the name, trains still pass by as you dine. It's very charming. The food is good. Tonight I had had the chicken Frances cooked well served with a baked potato and broccoli. My husband has a strip steak and my friends ordered the baked cod and a lasagna. Everybody completed their meals and was stuffed. We still had dessert which was delicious too. The servers were professional. I've been here a few times and I really have no complaints. It's a solid place.

Very pretty interior design! We were seated promptly with a table of 12. Drinks were good and came quickly. Service overall was very slow though- food and to get the check! My veal Marsala was tasty and a good portion. My husband ordered the steak that comes out in a stone. He loved it. Wonderful presentation and flavor. Reasonably priced restaurant and overall solid meal.
We went with three families but is also a great place for a date night.

My family and I had a great dining experience at The Station. The service was very friendly and the food was good! They have many options to select from and everyone was pretty satisfied with their meal. One of the highlights was the olive oil and bread which was packed with so much flavor. We kept ordering more because it was so good! Overall a great family friendly place to go for dinner!

My friend and I went to the station on a Tuesday night. It was surprisingly not too busy and we were promptly seated. The atmosphere of The Station was very inviting. It was spacious and not too loud, a great place to talk and have a meal.
For an appetizer, we both ordered French onion soup which was absolutely amazing. The soup was packed with flavor and cheesy goodness. Right up my alley! For an entree, I ordered penne alla vodka with chicken. I do wish there was more flavor in my pasta, along with more sauce but it was still good! My friend had similar comments about her chicken scarpiello and wished there was more flavor.
Overall, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was inviting. Will most likely give it another try!Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
