The Treat Box

Got some cupcakes delivered from here. Good packaging and frosting, but the cake itself is kind of like light sponge nothingness. Could use a lot more flavor, texture, or something. The cupcakes are small as heck and I'd say that they are not as good as store bought.

The one I loved was the strawberry with buttercream. The cake was a pink with a little more flavor, and the frosting wasn't cream cheese but a light buttercream topped with a cute lil strawberry. It was the only good one in the order!

Very light cupcake (lemon) that left me wanting another. The packaging is very sturdy so the icing swirl stayed pristine. Would make a nice gift to bring along to share with friends.

Excellent service. I have been going there everyday. Right by Drexel University and specifically by Drexel Park. Which has an incredible view of the Philadelphia Sky Line. Moreover, The Cookie Monster Ice Cream is what I recommend to get. So delicious! Definitely Recommended!!

They are never open when they say they are and never get back to customers. They'll say they're open and then it's closed but all the food is still in stock so make it make sense. I guess they don't want Money

I see a future here for us...but it's going to take a few changes.

I ordered numerous goodies, but the two things that are most memorable were the chocolate cupcake and bomb pop cupcake.

I'm serious about my sweets so let me break it down.

The cake: I felt they were missing flavor.

Chocolate: a little more cocoa was needed or put some pudding in there; not giving me Chocolaty vibes.

Vanilla: I needed some more vanilla, give me more extract or throw some beans in there. Please.

On the smaller size for price point and could have had a bit more moisture.

Where this place is WINING! The darn icing. Absolutely phenomenal, silky. It's sooo good, it made me say "it's ok the cake is only ok". The chocolate was delicious, but the BOMB POP.

What.. do you actually have this cupcake tasting like a BOMB POP dripping on a hot summer day, yes they do. Cherry, Lemon, Blueberry, kiss the chef, I need more of that.

Took a trip to Philly. For a friend birthday. Found this cute little bakery. The cake and frosting is amazing. I have no words to express how delicious these cupcakes where. Is worth every single penny.
