Ricky and his team do an amazing job! Whenever there's a long line, I always get in and out in under 25 minutes. Managers and Austin and Chris are super friendly. I love my local Wash Tub!

By the way, if you haven't had your car detailed by their staff, it's a must... go do it! Professional detailers who made my car look brand new on the inside and the ceramic coating they did on the exterior made my car look like it had brand new paint. Quality is through the roof.

Had to ask them to clean the bugs off windsheild. Should have looked things over closer. Terrible job for $$$.

I don't ever get any wash outside of the subscription I received from my dealership but this location always does a good job with my car and provides good customer service. I've been offered other services but I've chosen not to upgrade my wash, the price isn't a good value compared to the small business I used to detail my previous vehicle.

I went to the was tub on military dr and was disappointed they did a good job on the outside of my car but di a poor job cleaning inside lef trash incar door hand holds and the insid doors were just dusted off they said they just use a dry rag to get dust off and that is it

If you've never been
and you go MAKE SURE EVERYONE YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH KNOWS SO YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO. I had some issues the first time but the manager made up for it VERY NICELY. I'm still confused to what all is suppose to happen there, what all you get, who does what, what I AM suppose to ask for, etc. With that said my car looks amazing....aside from the trash they keep leaving in my car and forgetting to spray the smell goods when done

By far the best experience at any of the Wash Tubs here in San Antonio. The staff at SW Military was efficient and probably the nicest group I've encountered in a long time. From the initial drive up to the end I was pleased with the care and service, keep up the great job.

Joaquin and Billy were amazing!! Definitely returning because of those two! Quality of was was outstanding and Joaquin and Billy customer service was out of this world!
