Today, we closed on our first home AND our dream home. If it weren't for Tim, I'm not sure we would have gotten here.

The realtor we worked with before boasted 25+ years of experience, but became inattentive and indifferent to our success after viewing "too many homes". Tim was immediately different. As first time buyers, we were terrified that our wish list was too long and we were prepared to settle on less. However, Tim reassured us that we could get more and still stay within budget. He truly cares that his clients buy the best home in their budget, which is why I think he spent an hour walking through the attic with us to find potential leaks in the ceiling.

Once the offer was accepted, Tim was essential is pushing through to closing. We jumped over unusually high hurdles to secure financing and other factors, but luckily Tim went an extra mile to fill in the gaps we could not fill ourselves.

I highly recommend Tim as your realtor because he will do what it takes to get you the best home in your budget!

They will tell you things you want to hear just to get you to sign and lock you in. They told us that they will list our home and if no one buys it they will buy it at a certain amount, fix it up a bit, then sell it for higher. After a week of showings and open house, they sent a termination letter saying they weren't comfortable buying it anymore. They will play you and lie to you all day knowing that they can back out during due diligence. PLEASE PLEASE do yourselves a favor and DO NOT use this company to sell your home!!! Terrible. Poor communication. Agent, Fredrick Bailey, never cared about our concerns or interests - made it clear 'they' have a large portfolio and can't bother dealing with us. Only listed the house for 13 days (with 60 saves, and hundreds of views) before abruptly, and unilaterally, terminating the purchase agreement without any discussion/negotiation. Go to ORCHARD.COM for better service.

Tim Hardeman was absolutely incredible throughout our home buying process! From initial house showings all the way through our closing, we were so thankful that we chose to go with Tim. He is extremely professional, very thorough, always willing to go above and beyond expectations, and he has a wealth of knowledge that we were lucky to have shared with us. Tim is extremely professional and efficient. He gets things done and fast. When we first met for an interview for me to decide whether to choose him as my agent, he brought along two prospective buyers and their agents. This shows strong networking and preparation. I found his guidance in choosing between competing offers to be insightful and helpful. He is also very friendly and even chatted up my 11 year old introverted son. Tim Hardeman is focused on customer service! The home buying process created a lot of anxiety for me, but Tim and his team are dedicated to making the experience as seamless as possible.
