Tina's Nails

Had my nails done and they did an awesome job. My nails looked great and shellac still looked great when I went back for fill ins. They were efficient and extremely professional.

I went here for a fill-in because I couldn't get into my normal salon before I went away for a couple days. I paid $55 for a fill-in even though their menu said $30. They were pretty rude. Didn't communicate the entire time, very sloppy. Four hours later, this is what my nails looked like. I messaged their Facebook page and they didn't offer for me to come in to get them fixed. Very unprofessional

This is the WORST service I have ever had! My nails are patchy. I asked for yellow and she put on orange instead. She didn't want to do them because they were not fake nail. She left a threatening voicemail saying she was going to cut off my toe! She lied straight to my face that it was not her! When we went to pay she said that she called the wrong number. She was persistent on us getting Sns shellac polish but we didn't.

Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, charged me $40 for a pedicure that she spent 15 minutes on. Pathetic.

I went to Tina's with a wedding party. I love this place. The owners took such great care of all of us. They are fun and we really felt like they made our day special. They did magic with our nails. All 5 of us felt so pampered. Thank you for being part of such a special day.

i went to get pastel blue nails and all i got was these... to start off i got cut in three different fingers to the point they started bleeding she also messed up on one of my nails and had to do it over again PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a nail salon. First, they had me soak my fingers, not nail tips, in remover for my gel polish. For twenty minutes!! Then, he roughly scraped off the polish and had me soak longer. I've always had each individual nail wrapped in foil with remover under. It felt awful. Then, she switched me to soak in two bowls of something else for another twenty minutes. So, after 40 minutes he/she began to roughly trim my cuticles. The two machines for curing the gel polish were dirty as was the rest of the shop. Almost no shaping of my nails was done. Finally, he squirted on a tiny squiof lotion and told me to rub it in. I couldn't wait to get out of there. But wait, they charged me $38 for this!!

My friend and I came here today to get our nails done. The sign inside the salon said that a full set cost $30 so that's what we both chose. When we went to pay the lady told us that the gel nail polish cost extra, after we already had it done and neither of us were prepared for any extra cost. My friends' nails ended up costing $50 and mine cost $55, even though we got the same thing. I had to help my friend pay for her nails and had to overdraft my bank account to pay for mine. My friends' nails were done very poorly. We won't be going back to this nail salon and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would give it 0 stars if I could, our experience was completely ridiculous.

It was a great experience and it's nice to see a small business thrive!! Both employees were very nice and personable just had a mom and pops feel! The male done my nails and he was very patient and took his time to do it right!! Very professional and I will be returning ... Very satisfied

I won't be going back. The first time was fine, not great. I got sns and they looked fine, nothing special. The service was just ok. They didn't speak to me much.
I went again yesterday and it was not a good experience at all. They worked on 4 clients at the same time. We all had to wait and nobody got personal service. The owner was downright RUDE to another client. Made her pay in advance. Told her that she wouldn't fill in nails someone else had done. First red flag. I had to choose shellac color 4 different times because they didn't have the colors they have advertised. The gentleman doing my nails didn't speak to me AT ALL except to tell me to choose another color and to wash my hands after removing the sns. He put 2 VERY light coats of color on my nails. It was like he was trying to use as little product as possible. Looking at my nails the next day, they look AWFUL. They are completely transparent and crooked. My nails are angled. Every single one. Red flag 2.
Their advertised prices are much lower than what they actually charge. Red flag 3.
I'll go to a salon farther from home from now on. Today I have to pay again to have this mess fixed. I certainly can't go to work with something like this.
