Tip Top Garage Doors Repair Raleigh

I accidentally backed into my old garage door and totally destroyed it.
The door has came out of the tracks and i realize its a game over for that door.

My brother suggest me to call Tip Top Garage Doors and i contact them.

They were able to come 1 day after together with a new 16x7 new garage door.

The technician Alex was on time, he explained me everything i need to know about the new door and overall was very kind.

The dispatch also did a great job, she kept me updated all the time and also sent me the estimate together with the cost by email. So i have everything i need to send to my insurance company.

Replaced my defective garage door opener. Did a great job, a very professional company.

Although I haven't had any with done through this company, I reached out for an estimate during a due diligence period and they provided one very quickly. Thank you!

So, if you call most of the Garage Door Repair companies in the area, you'll find that they're all ran by the same company/people. I called 3 different companies for an estimate and the same people kept calling me back. If you call Triangle Garage Door, Durham Garage Door, Tip Top, etc, you're reaching the same company. They will then send out an independent contractor (usually) and they'll give you an estimate and/or repair your garage door. We had a great guy (Bar), very friendly and very knowledgeable. He tried to repair the old opener but the motor was shot. Bar put up a new system, adjusted the springs, lubed all the pivots and rollers, instructed us on care and use. He cleaned up nicely and the price was right! Super friendly and informative. So to Bar, thanks bud. Only thing that would've made this a better experience would've been to receive 2 auto remotes. We received one generic opener. It works fine.
