Tiptop Cleaners

I used to go to this place regularly back in high school (around 2015) and the woman that worked there then did a wonderful job with alterations. Because of that, I went back a few weeks ago to get a dress shortened. I went to pick it up twice on the day it was supposed to be ready, and the second time I went, the man that now works there pointed out the van that pulled up and told me my dress was in there and that it'd be better for me to pick it up the next day. When I finally picked it up and tried it on at home, it was completely uneven (long in the front, short on one side, uneven on the other side, perfect in the back). I had to take it to another tailor to get it done right, as it's clear this place doesn't do alterations in house anymore. I also tried to call to get in touch over the phone multiple times, and was hung up on every time before I could get one word in.

I have used Tiptop many times over the years and they are always friendly, timely and drycleaning is perfectly done. Today - I dropped my smartphone in a wallet in front of the store and the owner found it. He was getting in his van to drive it to my house. Thank you so much Sir!!!

I have used Tip Top for many years, through several changes in management. I recently picked up my order. Once I got home, I noticed the price I was charged seemed higher than normal. When I did the math, I realized the price went up $.10 per shirt since the last time I had shirts done (just a couple of weeks ago). This is the 3rd (maybe 4th?) price increase since COVID began and patronage went down. When I inquired about a previous price increase, the gentleman pointed out how cheap the prices were compared to what they charge in their DC location. Throughout the pandemic, they also randomly changed their hours of operation by posting a handwritten note on the door to be seen only when the customer arrived. It's definitely time to move on.

Locally, family owned business. The owners have been in the business for decades and know all the ins and outs of dry cleaning. Look for Miss Anna for alterations as well. She's a pro and have done my pants and shirts for a long time. Clean and fast!

I have had no issues with the owners or service we have received. My issue is with the parking situation during the week. The kids' dance and karate classes that occur from 5:30-6:30 pm every evening makes it difficult to get into the dry cleaners. The parents park all over the place, and take up all the parking in the shopping plaza. Their kids are running wild all over the place and I end up parking outside of the plaza on the street for a so called "quick" pick up for dry cleaning after work. I wish the businesses had designated spots for their customers. I have had it with fighting for parking and will find a new spot to take our dry cleaning.

Very pleasant customer service, clothes are ready when promised, they follow laundering instructions (e.g., no starch, etc.), and get the clothes clean.

Note that they have a $10 minimum for credit card transactions.

Great cleaners and tailoring service. Had to have a couple pieces resized, and they did a lovely job. Glad to have them right around the corner.

Honestly I am really disappointed with the lady who work there. Usually any dry cleaner has a policy that if You drop some cloths for cleaning you can pick them up the same day after 5 PM. However, this lady every time I drop my shirts she tries to put me in uncomfortable positions by telling me to pick up my shirts the next day after 5 PM. Then I decided to change the dry cleaner

My family has been going here for nearly 20 years, and they've always been great. It's an honest, fast, family-owned business. What more could you want?

Wonderful family owned company!! They were great before and the new owners have made it outstanding! Been going there over 30 years. Young owners have taken it to a new high. Very attentive to detail and professional in every respect. Extremely friendly also which helps!
