I have been trapped here for 4 hours. I came in for a simple tire alignment and watched multiple customers that came in AFTER me, pay and leave. I try to give everybody a benefit of a doubt but it is infuriating when I check to see if someone is servicing my car and I see the whole crew just relaxing and like I'm not in the waiting room with an AC that doesn't work. I should've have know better when I saw the price of the tire alignment. The price might be decent but I'll let whoever reading this determine if it's worth it.

Don't let this place fool you, doesn't look like much, but then again it's meant to be a place to fix and work on cars, right.
I was here not long ago getting some used tires after checking other places, but this places prices beat all the rest.
I'll admit, when I got there I was not sure what to expect especially since staff is in the back and the waiting area is 2 inches by 2 inches.
All in all, staff is cool, and nice. They get things done fairly quick and do a good job. I definitely recommend them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Anthony H.Silver Spring, MD7816Dec 25, 2020
This place was truly awesome and a life saver. I had an emergency situation where when driving on a road trip my tire started deflating. I drove by the business as they were closing and they let me in and gave me air and we solved the problem. Truly courteous place highly recommended!

So I'm going to state that this gentleman (wearing the light blue jeans) did a fantastic job in customer service and was exceedingly professional.
When I went here, he made sure the rim was up to standards and cleaned them when it was necessary (and I didn't even ask him to do that). We both looked for what tire I needed and he provided a full tire service with in reasonable time.
I highly recommended this place to anyone in the area or if you can make the trip.
Thanks again!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 21, 2018
Great customer service and a great team! I had no idea that this gem was near me until I hit a pothole and messed up my tire during a horrible storm. The guys got me in and out of the shop with my new tire in no time. Thank you!

Back again because I needed an oil change. The service was fast, reliable, and well priced. I could not have asked for a more convenient experience.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Feb 7, 2020Previous reviewMy tire needed to be replaced immediately, it kept leaking air pretty quickly. This place answered my phone call, told me they had my size tires, and gave me a price quote over the phone! Got there, was handled right away and got done in little over an hour! Love it. Will be back and definitely recommend. Would have given 5 stars if they'd had the third used tire for me, but I'll be back this week to get a new one. The mechanic was friendly and professional.

These dude at this shop seem like very good guys, honest, hard working and best of all really good prices.... I come here for their $60 full synthetic oil change for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They have done good enough work that now I will probably start using them for my brakes and rotor replacement, so hopefully they continue their great work!!

If I could give a zero, I would.
And Yelp, I'd like to know why the women's account of their experience with this establishment is not placed front and center?
Nor do they play a part in its overall rating....
"We use automated software to recommend the reviews we think will be the most helpful to the Yelp community based primarily on quality, reliability and the reviewer's activity on Yelp. Advertisers get no special treatment. The reviews below didn't make the cut and are therefore not factored into this business's overall star rating. That's some bullshit.
As other women reported here, if you are a woman stay away from this place. I won't call the "men" who work there rapists but they are definitely inappropriately behaving, unprofessional, lying crooks.
On Saturday, 28 July 2018, I took my car to Tires 4 All located at 417 E Diamond Ave in Gaithersburg, MD for a replacement of my front wheel bearing and will attempt to briefly detail my experience with these crooked bastards for the next 5 hours starting with not ordering the part when I made the appointment a week ago, then asking me to go get it.
After completely disassembling my front wheel the tall skinny one nonchalantly informed me that the snap ring was bad and would have to be replaced, I wouldn't have my car back until Monday and could "...get an Uber or rent a car or something..." (I live in Gaithersburg and work in DC) then told ME to start calling because he doesn't know where to get one....while he's on the phone with someone he referred to as baby.
My daughter and I finally located the snap ring at a dealership less than ten minutes away, and closing in 15 minutes. When I asked either of the "gentlemen" there to take me to pick it up, THEY BEGAN ARGUING WITH EACH OTHER BECAUSE NEITHER WANTED TO GO!
The other, short one who wasn't working on my car finally, grudgingly, agreed to loan me a car on the lot, I made my purchase and brought it back to the shop. I was THEN informed that the wheel bearing HE, the tall skinny one, told me to buy was the wrong one and he was ordering another, when I asked how much it would cost he literally waved me away and told me don't worry about it. After telling him I cannot afford to not worry about it and blowing me off was not acceptable he, then, told me that he was giving me a cost match...whatever I paid for the one I bought, $30, that's how much he would charge me.
Another lie.
During the entire ordeal not once did the tall skinny one ever take responsibility for the mess he created.
Not once did he even attempt to find the snap ring he told me I needed to finish the job.
When the job was finally completed, he then told me that because he had to order an entirely new wheel bearing he couldn't give me the price match because the new bearing MSRP was $99 but he would "only" charge me $50.
Another lie...when I returned the original bearing I asked the counter man how much the second bearing cost and was informed $28...and, yes, he bought the replacement from the same store.
This guy, the tall skinny one, will attempt compliments and flattery and, considering his aesthetic challenges, it is beyond me why he believe it will work.
When you keep it on a business level and call out the bullshit, watch how fast he cools off and play the wronged victim of circumstances beyond his control.
He actually said, and I quote "...it's nobody's fault what happened, not mine, not yours. A damaged snap ring jumped into the picture and tried to ruin our weekend..."
I was on the phone with my daughter at the time and she burst out laughing and asked "Mom, did he just really say that?"
Ladies, beware and take your dollars elsewhere...these guys can't be trusted to put air in your tires.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tito V.Rockville, MD21818Aug 6, 2014
I had such a great experience. Went there looking for used tires and two different sizes front and back. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for, telling me to come back later this month. I wanted to change tires asap and the owner gave another's shop location saying that I might be able to find what I needed. Though, I have been at the other place already and they were out of tires as well.
However, I also needed brake pads replaced front and on the back. Had the replacements with me. The owner changed all brake pads in less than an hour and I was on the road.
I am going to wait another week or two and go back to get my tires from them. Definitely, nice people to make business with. Friendly and quick service. I would recommend this place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
