Tlc Nails

This place do not pamper their customers, no oil on nails, not even lotion. All they do is filed gel off, clipped cuticles and slapped polish on. I can do that myself. TLC needs to improve their services

I'm still so upset. I have given TLC nails, years of service. I don't go often anymore because I just can't afford it raising my grandson now so when I do, it's a huge treat for myself. I've known Jimmy, the owner for many many years.
when I walked in the only thing he said to me was Gel???
I was like ok...yea...maybe...idk.
The water was cold on my feet & I asked her to warm it up. she did just enough for it to keep getting cold. I have severe RA & cold water makes my bones hurt! They charged me $50 for a 15 min (gel) pedi which is ridiculous as I told them when I payed.
I was the only one in the building & it was very rushed,
uncomfortable & just a poor job. The polish is good but you can get that anywhere!
they are never busy any more & now I know why!
Jimmy, quit gouging people! I told him I would never come back & neither responded!

Turned my foot blue and nail polish was not done correctly. Will be returning for a redo.
Update .. I went back to get my nails fixed and was told by the manager "I'm not fixing sh*t" then proceeded to tell me I couldn't get my money back and that they wouldn't take my nails off! DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would literally rate this 0 stars if I could. The dude in there was a straight dick. I'm not from here and asked for help and he was straight rude on Mother's Day to me. Prices are outrageous. Wanted 30 for a flower on my nail. I would not even recommend this place to someone I hated LMFAO A STRAIGHT JOKE

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I went to get a pedicure and the lady was very rude and everything I said she had an attitude I told her I didnt like her attitude and she said we dont like you. I dont go in there so I assume she meant because I was black. I told her since she didn't like me I can leave and pay a person who does like me. The lady said fine fine you can go. I left in the middle of my pedicure and a older white lady sitting beside me said she would've done the same thing
