Very fun for kids. Reasonable prices, helpful friendly staff, clean and modern games and easy to navigate. We will be back for more arcade fun in the future. Didn't get any food but will try it in the future and update the review when I do. I spent about $40 on four kids in an hour. It was worth my time and money for them to give me some peace and I have to admit, I used a few tokens myself to play Time Crisis... what can I say? I'm just a big kid myself.

We moved to fort Wayne just over a year ago. We have been to tokens n tickets 2-3 times and I ha e to say it gets better each time. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and in order and the games are great for all ages. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you

I don't know if I caught them on a bad day or if they are always this way. This review is only based on the arcade and employee experience. We did not try the food.
The building overall appeared clean and the games looked fun. Once you start playing them is when you realize how they don't work. Most were between 2-4 tokens. One of the games said three tokens and on two separate occasions, this game would not start after putting three tokens in. We had to get one of the employees to help and she seemed less than interested in helping us and assumed that we were stupid. Once we notified her that the game was not working her first reply to us was "Did you put in three tokens?". Eventually we got tired of being treated like idiots so when we did have problems with other games, which happens numerous other times this day, we stopped asking for help.
We had games not keeping score, not rewarding tickets and eating our tokens like the Cookie Monster eats cookies.
We are better off going to Chuck E Cheese, where at least all games are one token and you know what to expect. I hate giving bad reviews like this but we value our money and felt that this place needs to learn this value as well.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Sorry to hear that you did not have a good time. There are some inaccuracies in your review that we need to address. 1. We do not have any games that take 10 tokens for one credit nor have we had any in 24 years. 2.The vast majority of our games are 1 or 2 tokens (more than 65% of our games are in fact 1 token). Only 18% of our games are more than 2 tokens with the max (only 1 game) that is 5. We give you more tokens per dollar than the majority of centers and you have the choice on which games to play (more game play or deluxe play or higher payout play). 3. Our games appeal to a broad age group and are similar to what you find at Dave and Busters for about 1/4 the cost. Best wishes on better days.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Came here for my nieces birthday party and it was the worst service ever. The staff was rude or didnt even speak at all, the bus boy kept throwing our food/drinks/cake away! We had the room reserved until 4 and every-time you left to help your kid with an arcade game or to the bathroom youd come back and something had been thrown away. I even was at the table once and told him we werent done yet and he still cleared the table! And we had little to go thank you boxes for the kids and he tried to toss those too! The pizza was bland, the arcade games kept ripping you off. They started cleaning the party area at 315 and the guy just would not take a hint. We had the place reserved till 4pm and they told us just to be out by 415 originally but at 315 they started pushing and rushing us out! Worst place ever for a party. Not to mention over priced! Plus the building is run down. If i could give zero stars i would!

My girlfriend and I stopped in here on our way home from a 10 day road trip visiting arcades out East. We did a quick Yelp search when we realized we'd be passing through Fort Wayne and found ourselves here right as they opened.
I'm often skeptical of redemption-based arcades, so we decided to head in and take a look around. They had a pretty nice mix of redemption and regular arcade games, but we decided we would actually just spend a few bucks on redemption so we could add a couple tokens and tickets to our collection.
We realized that we didn't actually have any cash and were about to head out to find an ATM to score a little cash and an employee stopped and asked if we needed help. Luckily he was able to sell us some tokens using a card - very nice touch and much appreciated.
We spent roughly 40 minutes playing some of our favorites and trying a few new ones. All of the machines here are in great working order and over all we had a great time. We got a few items from the redemption counter - they have a system that allows and encourages you to save some of your tickets for your next visit too.
I noticed they had a snack bar / candy shoppe in the back as well, but we didn't examine any of that too closely.
Over all, very nice staff, a nice selection of well-oiled machines and the price was right. I'm sure this place would be great for birthday parties if you lived in the area.
There is a chance I would stop by again if I was in the area, but i don't think I'll be going out of my way anytime soon!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Todd S.San Francisco, CA04Apr 20, 2019
First off this place is a lot of fun with updated games, virtual reality, and a bounce house. It was nicely kept and clean during our visit. Second we played more games on $20 than any other place I have been too so it is pretty affordable as these type of places go. Staff seemed cordial and helpful as they explained where things were and how the system works. Honestly, I went just so my boys could play and wound up having a great time playing with them. Lots of stuff that appeals to all ages which I did not expect. Would definitely return next time we are in town.

They were lovely for my nieces 10th birthday not to big not to small everyone had a good time and it wasn't terribly expensive. The facility is clean the games are up to date and well maintained. The owner and staff were attentive and caring took care of any needs we had promptly. If you want a nice to have a child's birthday make this first on your list in Fort Wayne!

It's a fun place to spend a few hours with your kids. If you get a token doubling deal (available on yelp) the price is extremely reasonable.
We did not have the food. Instead, we just played games. They have a mix of new and older redemption games with a few pure video games and a few "kiddie rides."
The few times the games malfunctioned or a coin got stuck the staff was very quick to set things in order.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kyle Z.Fort Wayne, IN28448Feb 17, 2012First to Review
Great place to have a great time with your kids. We've been visiting this place for almost a decade, and we'll be going for another. The owners are GREAT....so friendly. The variety of games is awesome.
