The Tom Gross Team is amazing to work with! We have used them several times and it is always a great experience. They stay on top of everything and are very thorough. Tom's years of experience and his attention to detail are why we continue to use and trust him for all our real estate needs.

Tom's team and I have a long history of projects, dating back to 2014 when I relocated back to my home state of Colorado. Since then, he has coordinated 5 different real estate transactions both from the seller and buyer perspective. Tom and his team, take care of everything from listing to closing and their clients' best interest is always the paramount priority. In every transaction, not a detail was missed and there is not another real estate team we'll ever use!

Tom helped us when we first moved to Colorado 17 years ago, and again when we expanded our family 10 years ago. Just recently he helped us as our family changed again. He helped us sell my in- laws home and purchase a new home big enough for all of us and just this month sell our home. He was so helpful and supportive through the combining process of the 2 homes, as my father in law passed during the process and we all got covid the week we were supposed to close on the purchase of the perfect home. He helped us figure out the prices of getting it done even though we couldn't be there in person so we wouldn't lose the house. He quickly, in one weekend, sold our fixer upper for way over asking. Tom and his team are so great and easy to work with I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking!
