This guy Tony is a swindler. He charged me 100$ to align my truck. It was pulling to the right. When I left it was still pulling to the right. So I bring it back and he tells me it's because I have a new tire on my driver's side and an older, more slightly used tire on the passenger. " that's why it's pulling to the right" he said. Then why did you charge me for something you shouldn't have?

It is our duty when performing alignment service, which has a cost, to give recommendations on changing all tires when they have different sizes with an estimate for the vehicle with 3 months of guaranteed cost. When evaluating all vehicles we communicate all services the vehicle requires and it's up to the clients decision to do it in the timeframe

I went to Tony's Vehicle Solutions today.
The owner Tony is very unprofessional.
He try to get your money and making the price of the job the doble of you can find in any other mechanic shop not even asking you or explaining why, I felt like a fool

When explaining the diagnose of a vehicle after its revision we are going to talk to the customer in a very human, transparent and honest way. Our prices include the cost of original parts (no aftermarket, Chinese or bad quality parts which are the cheaper ones) and labor with 1 year warranty included.
If you choose to go to a mechanic shop where they are charging you "cheap" you have to be aware that they are quoting aftermarket or Chinese parts which don't work or if they will, only for a short time and can bring damage to other elements in the engine/system of the car.
There's no obligation for any customer to accept the estimate we provide, but we do need to follow our work ethic by providing the best solutions for the problem, instructing the customer on what's best for the car's life and guide them to take a smart decision when taking care of their issue. There's many shops in this town that take advantage of their cheap prices to make the sale and not being able to guarantee a good quality long lasting job, which in the long run creates more waste of time, money and stress for the customer.
If the customer is not able to accept the estimate we provide the same day of the diagnose, we offer financing options and maintain the estimate valid for up to 3 months while informing the risks of waiting to fix the problem, and if there's any doubts on our professionalism, there are over 600 reviews on Google that talk about our customer service from a daily basis.

Worst service ever!! Last time I came to this place to do a change oil everything with my car was fine, all of the sudden after the 3,000 miles when I took my car there again to do the change oil, all of a sudden this guy at the front whose name is Tony told me I needed to change the four tires, do an alignment service, clean the file system cleaning, and do the battery replacement and the coolant fluid exchange with antifreeze, all for $1,428.24. That's ridiculous crazy. I took my car to another mechanic and told me my car was perfectly fine. DO NOT GO THERE!! Avoid going to this place, always get a second opinion.
These people are scammer. They offer you free AC check in promotion. But when you go there, they will tell you ohh ! your car need AC filter, your car need cabin filter, your car need this service and that service.

There are mechanic shops that don't care about helping the customer make an informed and preventive decision if there are services and part replacements the car need by mileage and use.
When trying to do cheaper prices or just waiting until a preventive service becomes a problem, it can be more expensive in the long run.

Super great mechanic.
Little busy because he's good and fast. I did have trouble finding it on my GPS so went around in circles for 10-15 minutes or so. Do need to support better directions to this business. They could have had a better waiting area instead of outside but honestly enjoyed watching him work on my car. I´ve come here 3 times for different reasons and all of them I have left satisfied with the work done. I´m always skeptical when taking my car to get fixed thinking I might get ripped off, but it has not been the case here. Tony is reliable, trustworthy and ready to give you advice on what´s best for the car. I highly recommend this place.

Read the great reviews so I gave them a chance. Took my car in for an electrical issue. Got it back overheating idling at 3,000 rpm. Price was not much better. Paid a lot to have my car parked in front of my house not drivable.

When a vehicle is brought to us by a customer for a revision, we communicate all repairs or services the car might need to provide with a diagnose and the best solutions for it.
If the customer decides to not do the all services recommended we maintain the estimate valid for up to 3 months but we can't be responsible if there's collateral damage from unattended repairs.
Also we identify the part of the vehicle where there's damage and where the problem starts at, after being fixed or replaced and the car continues to work as normal it can happen that there's something deeper that can be detected after we have attended the first step repair, where we find the issue starts coming from. In this cases, we won't have the customer spend more than is necessary because it's possible that there's no secondary failing parts. It's imperative to evaluate the vehicle days after initial repairs are finished and there's always 1 year warranty in all repairs and replacement parts we provide.
It depends on every case, but we pride ourselves in providing transparent communication and efficient solutions after a diagnose, always under the customer's authorization.
