Camping at Bay City State Park. Needed to do laundry - anticipating a two hour ordeal. Not at Totally Clean! They have your traditional top loaders - but also have multiple HD washers that will hold four loads, or six, or even eight. And - the machines take credit cards. (What am I going to do with the $22 of quarters I had been saving for this laundromat experience?)
Dryers are in ample supply - also take large loads and credit cards. Although for 25¢ per 8 minutes - I used my quarters.
Parking lot is large - plenty of machines - clean - great value.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kris L.Ann Arbor, MI515341Jul 21, 2022
Lots of washers and dryers, some with credit card option, plentiful off-street parking (possibly big enough to temp park a trailer), WiFi, a/c, Pepsi machine, and an old fashioned video game machine. Half a block from a gas station, 1 block from a 7/11. What's not to like? Make an afternoon of it.
I stay in Essexville but drive to this one because it's a bit bigger, but all Totally Clean Laundromats seem pretty great.
FYI: last wash start by 7:30pm.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 2, 2021
Super clean, plenty of machines, nice staff, plenty of parking and clean restrooms. I hate having to do laundry outside my house but when I travel it's nice finding a suitable place. They also have several arcade games you can play while you wait!

In the area for work - never used a coin laundry before. Most machines take cards. Location is clean, quiet and has good parking. 7/11 for a coffee while you wait. Be careful using soap pods. Bring your own detergent or purchase one time use boxes.

Excellent service! From out of town and feeling lost in there and (I wish I knew their name) best customer service brown cropped shorter hair. You are amazing and if I had a business here I'd hire you. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.

Very clean and well taken care of machines! Have been to most of the Totally Cleans in the tri-area and they're all well maintained. Plenty of machines both washing and drying. Also love all of the plants!

For a laundrymat, they're pretty clean. The lady working is really nice. The machines suck up those quarters quickly. We had to use a large washer that held 30 lbs for 4.75. They have a TV to distract you and you can buy laundry soap too. There's even a snack machine, just incase you're stuck there for awhile. Just don't leave your laundry unattended, you don't want some creeper stealing your panties.

Pretty good timing for the washers and dryers. You can be in and out In no time. Washers and dryers do accept credit cards, but just pay attention to which ones do. But all accept coins. Good clean facility. Staff seems nice. Highly recommended.

A friend of mine went into this business at 9:20 pm yesterday evening. They close at 10:00 pm. She had 8 loads of wet laundry in her car; her dryer at home is not working. Nobody was in the place. She was turned away. She could have used several machines and had her laundry dried in less than 40 minutes. She could have been told to go ahead but that she had to leave by 10:00 even if the clothes weren't dry. Nope. She was turned away. Guess they don't need or want business. Merry Christmas.
